Katie Whalen There was a negitive review from someone who has never been to my salon.. Im a private salon. So I personally know each client. I do not accept new clients without a referral. To many weirdos out there ! Im professional and my salon is spectacular and so are the products I use. Ive been doing nails for over 40yrs! That says something all in its self. Jealously doesnt look well on a hater. Thx you all for yr support!!

Lynette Ledder Connie is an excellent hair stylist and wonderful person who cares about each customer. She is superb at her craft and gives attention to all details of what the customer desires. I highly recommend Connies Place..

Marissa Pierce Awesome salon! Just went in early August. Courtney did an amazing job! The salon is very clean and I witnessed the staff sanitizing everything between customers! I absolutely recommend going here!

Miriam Hooker Came as walk-in. They were happy to take care of us. I got basic pedicure and was happy. Daughter got full set of acrylics and was very pleased. They matched a picture she brought. Prices reasonable. Would go again.

Meloney Cheng Excellent service and very quick too! Ask for Amy she is the best!! They also provide massages and hot towels after your nails are done!! Would definitely go back again!

Dia Back story I moved a year ago and was with my prior nail tech for over 10 years. I took a chance on this salon and a year later I don’t regret it. They always treat me good and my nails speak for themselves. Amy never misses a beat. She’s amazing and always slays my nails I’m in here about once a month cus they last long and don’t lift. IM BIG ON THAT.

Brittany DeSario I took my Irish doodle Tucker today for his first grooming, The entire staff was very nice and welcoming. They took great care of my pup while he was there, very caring staff. Joanna did an amazing job on Tucker. We will definitely be going back, I highly recommend Pup in a Tub. S DeSario

Avery Copeland Amy is great and loves my dog. You can tell the staff really cares. I have a doodle and his cut is always good and clean, I trust them to do whatever at this point! They are very busy so make sure to book early.

Joan Ross These girls are the absolute best at what they do. They love the dogs & treat them like they’re their own. My beautiful black lab always comes back smelling great & has a shiny, soft coat. The reception area & the actual grooming spot is always clean & smells good. I’d say, without a , they are the best in this area.

Tristan Sorrentino Took my Australian Shepherd in for a bath, brush out and cut. I was able to drop off before work and picked up after. I am so happy with the work that was definitely a new and the price is great. Ill be bring my other dogs there.

Melissa Ferro Kathy and Dale are wonderful Our dog Tucker is usually a kitty hard to get along with other dogs but not at Kathys. Thank you Kathy and Dale Tucker looks wonderful. ❤️

Danielle Dumity Took both of my Aussies that in another shop were considered “vicious”. Kathy did an amazing job on their cut and they felt so comfortable being there. I was so worried I would get a call about behavior but she knew just how to work with them! Amazing price too! I was paying double prior to finding Kathy!

Gracie Zimmer I got an acrylic fill with chrome powder which was advertised as $20 and I was charged $45 not including tip. I understand up charging for chrome, but even when getting a fill with only polish no design or additions I was charged $40, their prices are false advertisement. The air bubbles made my nails look like they had a pattern so I requested they fix it and they did redo the nails but used an entirely different chrome and even after saying something they didn’t use the original color. Three days later and my nails are so thin and literally crumbling apart and the chrome is coming off in chunks. I got them done three days ago and my nails have never looked worse. I called to complain and was spoken to rudely and when asked for a refund it was denied, I was offered to come in to get it fixed but it is truly ridiculous that they think I would go back to them after they’ve already messed my nails up twice. Go here if you want nails that last 3 days and look atrocious! Customer service is horrible and nails are even worse.

Darlenne Gamboa I went to get my nails done and the lady that did it was extremely rude, i kept saying ow and that it hurts and she ignored it, my friend even told me she sighed when i was checking to make sure my nails were all the way i wanted, its disrespectful that im paying for this service and she acted extremely rude towards me, plus she cut my finger

Ü Lee I took the girls here for a bday treat. They had a blast. The nail artists are very good and very nice. I enjoyed my Pedi. The hot stone was awesome. The price is reasonable and the people who worked there were very nice and professional! We will be back

The stylists here use European-style techniques that deliver flawless results. My hair looks stunning, and the color is so vibrant, while my nails are absolute perfection! The attention to detail, the warm atmosphere, and the long-lasting results make this place a true gem. These ladies have officially become my new glam squad when I’m in town!

Yeva Harvey The salon has a beautiful atmosphere, with great customer service. I got a layered haircut. Price was $50. Great quality of haircut. Kind, considerate hairstylist. I get my nails done here monthly, low price ($60) for incomparable quality. Nails neat, elegant, and unique.

Angela B Vika does an amazing job with gel manicures, they grow out beautifully with no lifting. She can get them thin enough with maintaining their strength and won’t chip. Definitely give her a try.

Linda Freeman Renee did a great job bathing and clipping my dogs nails. He hates water and would never let me clip his nails, so I was pleasantly surprised when I picked him up and he was soft and shiny and looked amazing. Nails were perfect. I will definitely be back!

Maureen Misner Barb is the kindest, most accommodating, and talented nail artist I’ve ever been to. She easily added me to her roster of clients when I was not a regular. I would give her 10 stars if I could !

Tammy Kocak Barb is amazing! I have been going to her for several years and have been extremely happy! Not sure what Josh Fischer is reviewing, he isnt even from this area. And if by some small chance he did call for an appointment, and she had no openings, this just goes to show everyone that her work is incredible and everyone keeps coming back week after week! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Courtney Sager I’ve been going to Barb for about 4 years now. Her prices are incredibly reasonable, she’s very talented and I always get compliments on my nails. Not to mention Barb is just the sweetest person and it’s always nice to support local business owners!

Janel Kaufman I’ve been going to Dashing Queen regularly for over five years. The salon is extremely clean and the staff can accommodate any color and design. I recommend Amanda and Amy, but everyone is great!

Mindy Visgitus You can walk in and show them any photo online and they will recreate it. The reinforced gel has kept my nails healthy and from getting thin for the past 2 years. Clean environment, and they treat you like family.

Jayden Crawford 28 Not even two weeks later after getting a pedicure I realized that I had a growth of athletes foot between my toes. With this being said, I have never had any fungal infections, or any other issues with my feet. Which only leads me to believe that I got this fungal infection from Dashing Queens in Vestal

Sydney Nierstedt My friend and I went in about a week ago. It took over 2 hours to get our nails done, but they were busy so it’s understandable. However, we both have had multiple nails already chip and break. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the building gell used instead of acrylic. If you’re expecting nails that will last longer than a week, don’t go here.

Erin ONeill My experience was nice and relaxing but my services were not up to my standards at all. I had great services but the results were no where near what I paid for. My toes have polish all over them and my fingers look awful. My nails look like a 6 year old did them and she didn’t even acknowledge it. Overall I am very dissatisfied with my services and will not be returning. Please beware when getting nail services here

sarahgeeox The massage therapist, I believe her name was Alicia, was INCREDIBLE. I’m very picky with my massages and have had many in different parts of the world and this one was the best. She applied just enough pressure (deep tissue), laid out a nice hot towel, asked a few times if I was enjoying my massage to make sure I was satisfied throughout, got all my knots out and really focused on the areas that were the most tense. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and renewed. Im going to have an amazing sleep tonight. If I lived closer I’d go monthly. Do yourself a favour and book a massage with her - you won’t be disappointed!

NajalieMedina Dev goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed, safe and comfortable! I’ve been coming to her since my freshman year of college (now a senior) and I have never once had a bad experience. Great conversations, professional and truly cares about all her clients! Carissa West I recently got my brows laminated and tinted by Dev at Dollhouse, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! It was such a much-needed upgrade, and she absolutely nailed it. Dev was super professional, gentle, and really took the time to make sure my brows were shaped perfectly for my face. I walked out feeling so confident and refreshed. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for that brow glow-up! Already booked for a lash service and now I’m curious about a Brazilian. She really does it all!

Halie Carden Devon is the best!! I’ve been getting waxed by her regularly for over a year now and will never go to anyone else. She cares deeply about all her customers and I enjoy chatting with her at every appointment. I highly recommend her for all your waxing, lashes, and beauty needs!!

Kiana Tanghatar Today was my 4th time here. I’ve done a manicure with Lisa. She is amazing and expert nail artist. Every time I go with a Pinterest nail pattern and she does a nice job. Prices are also reasonable.

brieyn pero If I could give negative stars I would. I called ahead for me a fill and two repairs and my two nieces!!! First they messed up and only did tips on one of the girls. Then my tech despite a simple design could not do what I asked even though she said she could. So I simplified the design. My nails were lumpy and uneven. When I asked her to fix she said it was because they were two fresh nails and not a fill. Which is preposterous. The nails not only were bumpy they were not even shaped looks they they were not even filled!! The polka fots were not even and some are not even circles. The biggest waste of $75 I have ever spend. All together it cost $169 crazy the girls came out ok but like I said not what I asked for.. don’t go here safe ur money or find a better nail salon!! In addition the acrylic didn’t even go over my whole nail on the sides and sides were not painted all the way!!

Kimberly Nicole Went in for a fill in had an appointment at 4:30 with Jenny. My nails was rushed. I complained because the fill in wasn’t what I expected and paid 30 dollars for this mess I asked to have the polished removed because that was rushed as well. Just do your self a favor and go somewhere else. All I got was a sorry next time we do better. Won’t be a next time cause I’m not coming back !!!!

Marjorie I think for the price you pay for a pedi you should get a good job done but that’s not the case … I don’t mind paying 45 dollars for it what I mind is that is not worth 45 dollars . I think they should learn to do the job before they start working lol I do such I better job myself but I see getting a pedi a a treat but so disappointing

Tracy Hall I am totally disappointed I was a loyal returning customer however this last time I went, my whole nail came off when I called them to tell them it’s been less than two weeks and my nail popped off. She told me maybe I did something never going back. They don’t honor their work. This is a nail tip. Why in the world would it come off like it’s a overlay paying over 150.00 plus tipping each technician crazy and lets talk about the spa pedicure just a waste I don’t mind paying for my services as long as the job is well done everything looked good when it was first done but a week later you start to see its poor quality. I am done

Kerry Gallagher I’ve been coming to Nail Trix for years. Love Kay and the whole team! They do a great job, and they don’t rush but they are fast and efficient, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, they are very, very sweet with my young daughter who is often with me for appointments.

Lori Thompson I love going here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Kay always asks how my daughter is doing. They never disappoint me. If I go in with an idea they execute it perfectly. If I show them a design I like they always make it happen. I have been to other salons and they just don’t have the same atmosphere or attitude. Nail Trix is the place to go ❤️

Ciera Rae I went in and paid for two full sets I spent 110$ I went in two days ago my set was 65$ and I have 3 nails lifting off the bed of my nails already my set was rushed and I’m pretty upset about it Im not the one to leave a bad review but I’m pretty mad my pinky nail also broke the same day! Update 8-22-24 I gave nail trix the chance to fix my nails I went in yesterday to get my lifting nails done and my broke nail fixed and I was sat down and my left pink nail was not soaked nor drilled off it was RIPPED OFF MY NATURAL NAIL my eyes were watering and my pinky was throbbing my nails are lifting yet again and I’ve never had this problem before I spent 65$ for what???? I’m so upset I decided to give y’all a second chance and now I’ll never bring business back here again I feel robbed in a way it’s been a week! I’m so disappointed

Kitten Cutie These are the looks I got. Left to right for oldest to newest. But anyways I liked the looks I chose but the nail lady she didnt always do a good job with the nail designs for the crescent moon ones the moons were not all the same some were too thick others too thin and some were half thin half thick and the black French tips were a little uneven on the edges some sides were skinner then the others. As for the second look as in the middle pic I liked much better than the first one but again the French tips were a bit uneven but at least the nail lady did better drawing hearts than she did the moons and as for the last pic which is my current look for my nails I went very simple black with some sparkles cuz I was afraid to ask for designs cuz I didnt know if theyd turn out looking good to me or not but I may or may not get designs next time but I have to be careful with what designs I choose if I do cuz I wanna be happy with what I pay for but if I dont do designs I may just choose a new color with sparkles to be safe

Molly Nekut I really would like to give a 5-star review, however, the “customer service” as I guess he would call it, was not to my liking. This was my first time getting my nails done “professionally” in many years, so I decided to treat myself. I just went for a gel manicure. It turned out great, and I was satisfied with the color (some ladies I was waiting with helped me pick it out before hand). However, the nail tech had no interpersonal skills at all. She even had an AirPod in one ear, the whole time, presumably, listening to music. I thought it was part of the nail tech’s job to have conversation with their clients (?) Not trying to be a “Karen“ here, but I was hearing conversations all around me between techs and clients, and our table is just silent. I wish I had gotten this lady‘s name so I could request somebody different next time. Other than the lack of conversation, my experience was positive. I will definitely go back! Great work, clean studio prices!

Sarah Nichole I mostly have a good experience here, depends on which staff member you get. However I don’t recommend getting gel manicures. The techs push and push for gel but they can’t do it well. My daughter’s nails never last for more than three days. The entire nail peels off. After paying $30 I expect it to last at least two weeks. We have no issues at other salons with gel
