1 /5 MICHELLE M: This is by far the worst experience I have had with an auto repair. I took my car in for a check engine light. Jeff, the self-proclaimed expert of my make/model claims to have "fixed" an $800 issue that was not the presenting problem. The check engine light was back on as soon as I pulled off the lot. Jeff offered from the kindness of his heart to "fix" the problem again and only charge $400 for what I know is a $200 part. The old owner had integrity this new ownership seems to lack. They will never service any of my cars again.

1 /5 Lissa Rose: Took it in for a check engine light and when I got it back, my abs and traction lights were on and then they quoted me way more than it should be without even being able to give me a straight answer about what the issue is. They damaged my car and wanted an insane amount to fix it. Dont go there.

5 /5 yoyo chen: Definitely recommend this mechanic place. I just move up to Syracuse and first time to an auto repair shop in this city. I got a right place. Jeff, this guy was helping me a lot. He is professional and reliable. First time was changed left taillight. I thought the was brake light but it was taillight. second time was car inspection. I had great experience with them. Third time was used battery saver to save my car. Because I was on vacation for 20 days。When I came back, my car ran out of battery and I couldnt start my car. I appreciate him for helping me. I know my car is in good hands. They have been friendly and made me feel comfortable every time. Thank you so much again!

1 /5 paul d: I have be going to Ed for 20 years. The new owner Jeff is not reputable! The car went in with check engine light on, after $900 only to get a block away and to have it come on again! He also changed the oil when I didnt ask him to and put the incorrect oil in the vehicle! We were scammed then he tried to charge an additional $374 for another part that is only $200. During the entire process, attempting to fast talk us with technical jargon. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE! I will miss Ed.
