5 /5 Paula Papadakis: I have never had the problem before of running out of good things to say about an Auto Service Shop. Everything from the customer service to the price of the repairs was above expectations. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. My car was stuck an hour away from my home and because these people are so efficient, nothing was too much of a problem for them. Again my thanks to all of you at Barrett Auto, especially Erin, for making an auto nightmare become do-able.

5 /5 Sir Osiss: This is handsdown the best auto repair shop I have ever visited! The prices are beyond reasonable for the service they provide. The welcome you in where you can wait and enjoy free snacks and coffee. Then once your car is on the lift, they bring you to the garage to meet the mechanic and discuss your car- NOT to sell you additional services you dont need. So refreshing! I will never do business anywhere else!

5 /5 Jaslin Manney: Mike did amazing work on my car! Talked me through every step he did and my car runs so amazing now! Did the work in a timely manner and it needed quite a bit done. I called so many times and also just showed up and was always greeted with a smile. Matt was happy to talk me through anything I wanted or needed to know! My experience here was great. Everybody there helped so much and they were reassuring! If you are looking for decent people and a great mechanic, I recommend this place!

5 /5 Mike James: Matt, Erin and John are all amazing!! Had serious car issues and the last place we went “fixed” the issues supposed which we found out was a lie!! But Matt and his crew did everything right and we are back up and working!! 10/10 recommend them

5 /5 K. K.: Was referred to Barrett by a buddy and have not been disappointed so far. Have had brakes and new tires and both services were excellent. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and informative. Definitely will be my new go to for all car needs
