1 /5 Robert Darrah: My step son had made an appointment to have work done on his car got a call later in the day say they needed him to run down to Albany to pick up parts for his car. When he got to shop with parts they had wheels Back on and car pushed out side on wheel dollies. Thats where the car sat until yesterday even after having him run down to get the parts they broke. When he would contact them to tried and ask when his car would be done he got a reply of I dont know. Finally his car got finished today only way we knew was I drove by shop and saw it sitting out. When he picked up his car he got a surprise they did not tell him about see Pictures

1 /5 Michelle: He cut off my catalytic converter and I only found out when I went to get my car inspected. Turns out theres precious metals in those and you can get lots of money at a scrap metal business for them. The first couple times I went the service was great. Hes been failing for months and I only went to that location because of its proximity to my apartment. DO NOT RECOMMEND! EDIT: Not a bot. Considering youre the last shop I went to before getting my car inspected, and my seeing the lack of a converter, it was definitely you. No point in reaching out when you never return calls anyway.

I go back, he yells at me, threatens me, as I requested my money back. I would never recommend him....

Andrew Shelton: Brought my Honda in to replace a broken tumbler for my ignition. They were never able to get the panels around my steering wheel back in correctly, and in the process they ended up breaking the wiring harness. They insisted my headlamps, which would not turn off by that point, were always supposed to stay on and that they werent my headlamps, but my daytime running lights- complete bs. Just got the word from Honda, it will cost over $2000 to fix what they broke, way more than the original issue. Trying to gaslight me into thinking that my headlamps were always supposed to be on was the saddest part tbh.
