5 /5 Sharen Custer: I know what many presume in regards to the VA Service in Batavia, NY, however I can tell you from experience, my husband is a Veteran and we go to the Batavia Center. First they have always been curtious to my husband and thankful for his service. Second, they give him an appointment and he is always seen at that exact time, so there is no waiting in all departments. Third, the doctors in Batavia are so thorough more so then any Primary care physician he has ever had. Batavia VA centers are wonderful and to ever say anything negative about their service is an insult to all those whom receive service from them. They are professional, curtious, sympathetic, helpful and kind in every way.
