5 /5 Louis Semenoro: I went to Battisti’s for a haircut after letting my hair grow completely wild over the last year. The staff members were incredibly welcoming. My stylist was also very helpful in our discussion of what hairstyle I wanted, even though I didn’t know how to describe it. I received a fantastic haircut and now I have an amazing new look for the new year. I’m also visiting from out of town and forgot my regular skincare products hundreds of miles away. Oops! The Rochester winter weather was leaving my skin as dried out as a mummy and as rough as sandpaper. I was recommended a bundle of high quality skincare products and now my face feels super fresh and moisturized. Thank you to the incredible staff at Battisti’s for all your help! I will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town.

5 /5 Haley Sims: A few weeks ago I had my very first and wonderful experience at Battisti’s. I chose a 90 minute massage and dare I say that it was the best one I’ve ever had. So much so that at the end up my appointment I booked every other week for the next 3 months. A few days after that, I booked a facial with Lora. I had my facial yesterday and I am glowing! I also got a last minute massage that opened up!! My skin has never felt so rejuvenated and supple. Lora even wrote me a prescription plan for my skin with products for my needs. My skin felt so good that I had to take Lora’s expert opinion on the products I should use and left with everything she recommended. I highly recommend Battisti’s to anyone looking for services head to toe! The environment is warm, inviting, relaxing, very tidy and cleanly. The staff feels like a team of healers that genuinely care about your well being. Thank you all for taking such good care of me now and in the future ♥️

5 /5 Abigail Young: Got my hair cut twice by Madeline and both times were fantastic! Great haircut that grows out nicely and a great stylist who is informed and skilled with current trends! I also received great advice from the esthetician for a skin concern and purchased an amazing product from their selection. Just like the first time, the staff was kind and dedicated, it’s obvious that they are passionate not only for cosmetology but for people as well. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, eclectically cute almost maximalist but in an organized way (and very clean!). Great service for great prices with great people in a great salon. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

5 /5 Cory Feeley: My happy place! I get massages from Jackie that leave me stupified. I literally have to sit in my car for five minutes before I can drive. Best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I get facials from Lora who is extremely knowledgeable and helping me keep my “youthful” appearance now that I’m starting to notice a few things here and there that I don’t really like ;) I’ve gotten my hair blown out for special occasions by Madeline and Rosanna and they did a great job and squeezed me in! Now my family knows and I get gift cards to Battisti’s as gifts (Yayy!!) so I’m here all the time.
