Beauty nails spa - Oneonta (NY)

5 /5 Elizabeth Oregon: Service was good. Prices I would say are reasonable. I do think they should work on being a little more personable with customers, instead of having full conversations among themselves. Even if it is light conversation, when someone is getting their nails done, I am 100% sure it doesnt make them feel comfortable when they are being ignored. Granted I will be going again.

5 /5 Isabel Horan: For a good Mani and Pedi, this is the place to go in oneonta. Its always clean, with good service, and wonderful results! I have the utmost respect for the staff who work long and hard hours to give us their service. Be sure to tip and thank the folks at Beauty Nails and Spa, its well worth it!

2 /5 May Tara “Flock0fturtles”: I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I got a full set of ANC nails on Friday, by Monday I had one broken nail. Then FOUR days after that another one breaks. So, within a week 2 nails have broken off.

1 /5 Betty Mangano: Just be careful there are hidden fees in there. My daughter and I went for a pedicare each said I just wanted a pedicare "3 and my daughter was getting # 2 she want her eyebrows done to so we go to our seats we get gel and the hidden fees are $15,00 each for using gel. My bill was $169.20 for your feet. Never again. No talking or anything.

1 /5 Cassandra Cable: Terrible customer service. My paraffin wax wasnt removed fully last night before my toenails were painted. All the polish smeared off hours later. I returned today to have it remedied. I waited over an hour while they took 7 more pedicure customers who arrived after me. They discussed the issue with me three times while I was there. They were fully aware I was waiting. Unacceptable and very disappointing. They lost a customer today who has overlooked previous mistakes and still frequented your business. I wish negative stars was an option. Super unprofessional. Would never recommend.
