5 /5 M Guilf: My wife and I go together to Coco every few months (she goes alone or with friends otherwise). Weve done this together as we moved all over the country (Florida, California, etc.) and as weve traveled overseas. Its a good couples bonding experience and it means I dont have terrible feet in bed with her. Just saying - I have experience, but Im not an "every three weeks" manicure person.
Weve always been very happy with the cleanliness, the service, and the results at Coco. Im stunned by the claims of rudeness as the entire staff from the Manager to every technician Ive ever had has been so sweet and kind. Literally every single one. And Im a dude. Rough feet. Big. It would be easy to dislike providing for me. But theyre always kind and professional.
One thing I will say is weve been going there long enough that they know well be kind to them, tip them well, show up on time to our appointments, and generally be a five-star customer (we hope). That may have influenced our experience.
I do some reviews, but generally only when I want to say something important. It was important to me to defend them.
