Christina: I had a wonderful experience at this office. Both the reception staff and the dentist and hygienists were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Chung is friendly,skilled and honest, and he answered all of my questions, giving me plenty of options since I didnt have insurance. I got an extraction and a filling in another tooth and the procedure was gentle and efficient. I felt completely taken care of, and the staff provided me with plenty of after care information and encouragement. I will definitely be returning for cleanings and recommend to other loved ones, as I know they will be treated well and taken care of by a capable and confident dental team. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience!
SEN BUL PROPERTIES: I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and professionalism at this office. I had a confirmed appointment for today at 2 p.m.—I even received a confirmation message. I took time off work to come my cleaning appointment, only to be told upon arrival that I had no appointment.
Despite showing the confirmation text and explaining that I had spoken to someone about the appointment, the staff still denied that it existed. They made me feel like I was making it up rather than taking responsibility for their scheduling mistake.
This level of mismanagement is unacceptable, especially for a medical office where patients plan their schedules around appointments. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
Joseph Stacey: I have been a patient here for 15 years. I dont enjoy going to the dentist but this is hands down the best dental office. Very clean office and exam rooms. Great staff and dentists. Highly recommended!
Bonnie Nielsen: I have seen Dr. Saldana twice. She is a great dentist, and her staff is exceptional. The hygienist is gentle but thorough. I received a bill from them after my appointment and I mailed a check. The office returned the check because the bill had been sent in error. They easily could have cashed the check. I appreciate the staff and overall experience, and I definitely will be returning.
Denise Markle: Front end staff is very efficient. Kate the hygienist is very thorough and puts you at ease by explaining each part of the process. Dr. Nyugen is a top shelf doctor. My teeth couldnt literally be in better hands.
