    Lucas Robinson: As soon as I walked in the manager had an attitude. I told him that i had been working on my own brakes for 2 days and something that wrong so I asked for a FREE brake inspection so they could figure out what was wrong with it and help me out. I didn’t think asking this would be an issue because I had taken my car to their location on niagara falls blvd and they were more than helpful there, pulled my tire off and let me come in the back to look and even explained what I needed to do. However when I got to the lockport location he immediately told me he would charge me to even look at my brakes and I would have to leave it will him all day. When I turned around and pointed at the sign that said FREE he said since I decided to do it my self he would have to charge me, are you kidding me?? Not happy with his attitude and his lack of I guess basic human decency. I am a broke college student and I sure don’t have the money to just give to a rude mechanic who probably won’t even put the proper care into looking or explaining. If you wanted to be treated like a human and receive basic human respect don’t go here. Not understanding how one facility could be so helpful then the next is just beyond sour.

    Tokala Sirene (Sirene Tokala): Ya know its kinda sad and poor reflection of the company when you have been a customer for over 15 years. And then get talked about behind your back the entire time your there. Made fun of and woofed at as your leaving just because you have the gall to display your personal lifestyle by wearing something as simple as a dog collar. It really shows how immature and insecure the technicians are that they have to make fun of a customer in front of every other customer in the shop at the time. I guess ill start going to Monro across the street, never had any issues and theyve treated me with decency and respect. I refuse to support any business that harasses their customers because of what they look like, or what they wear. Im sure youll get far in life (not really). **Update #1 One of the owners called me directly to apologize for the behavior of the technicians. They said they they were investigating the incident and would follow up later on. Ill update my review from 1 star to 3 for management looking into the incident and addressing it. **Update #2 The owner did follow up and assure me that the matter has been resolved and offered a personal hand written apology and explanation of what they did to address the incident. More businesses need to take the time to connect with their customer and address issues as the owner did. It helps foster a sense that your a person and not just revenue. That you matter and they want you to be happy and keep coming back too their business.

I was kept up to date through out the entire process and my car was done before its expected finish date. There receptionist was one of the sweetest people ever and all of the staff was very friendly.
