They immediately tested the battery and pulled the car in to replace it. They also fixed my fog light. Extremally professional service! I will be taking my personal vehicles there from now on. It ran very poorly With a check engine, light, and I was questioning myself on why I bought this car. I work in the auto industry And MC auto tech came recommended by one of my own technicians at my place at work. They were gracious enough to take my car in, everything they told me was very transparent And I agreed to give it a go, and let’s see if they could fix it. When the car was finally finished, of course, I was apprehensive to pick it up because of how poorly it ran before. When I finished paying my very reasonable bill, And show me all the parts they took out and they replaced Pictures They said I should be all set. And Right they were. My Audi TT drove fantastic on the way home, And the dreaded check engine lights Were off. Thank you for the fantastic work!!!! I’m greatly appreciative, You made it easy as my dealership says.

The person on the phone was very rude and disrespectful as if we was disturbing him by asking him to do his job. My boyfriend already bought his own parts so he just wanted to know how much it would be to put it on. He was told “ well why don’t you buy the tools and do it yourself” then hung up on him.That’s not how you keep your business generating income. If you don’t like what you do find something else and don’t take your frustrations out on potentially new customers.
