1 /5 Kaitlin Smith: This has to be the absolute WORST shop and tow company Ive EVER dealt with and my company deals with 100s a day. They have awful customer service. I had a two minute conversation with a man who had to have used every swear word in the book, very disrespectful, un professional, un educated and ABSOULTLEY DISGUSTING. Im sorry to have inconvenienced him with one simple question. I wish I would have gave it right back but thats petty and I will not stoop to his level. Im just hoping this review will help you chose another company because believe me when I say youll regret it.

5 /5 Michele Panicola: I was involved in a car accident and called cairo collision. They came in a timely manner. My car was brought to their shop where at that time i received the finest service anyone could ever ask for. The owner had contacted my insurance company and took care of everything for me. He had contacted my insurance company to notify them if my accident along with setting up a time where they would come and evaluate my damages to my vehicle so I could have them quickly repaired. He had also contacted a rental car company for me and arranged for me to be placed in a rental car during the time that my car was waiting to be repaired.I had also choose cairo collision to repair the damages to my vehicle , again my service was was perfect! In had front end damage requiring mechanical work along with a new front fender bumber tire and a lot of scratches.after cairo collision had completed the work to my vehicle you couldnt even tell it was involved in an accident. My car looked and drove the same it did just before my accident. If your looking for a collision company that has excellent customer service and high quality work with experience I would strongly suggest cairo collision. From the time of my accident to the Finnish of my repairs I had recieved the finest quality of service. Thank you cairo collision !
