I have been back twice for roots with very consistent results. Shannon has been cutting my kids hair for more than 10 years. She has always been friendly and kind to them, although she is not afraid to offer her opinion when asked (I find this to be endearing because she is always her authentic self). My kids love Shannon and feel she is very kind. I finally took the plunge and asked her to cut my hair (curly, many trust issues due to that) and she has done a fantastic job. I would recommend Shannon.
