5 /5 Eric Borics: My cruise was shaking especially at high speeds, I called to make an appointment and they got me in right away. They explained to me that the belt in my tire has shifted and it could be very dangerous to drive on. I haven’t had tires done on my car in 4+ years so I figured I could have them do all 4. They told me they had to order tires so I decided to bring it back once they were in. I brought back in at 11 and when I peeked through the window i saw that the new back tires were already put on by 11:20 and was out before noon! Highly recommend especially for how quickly they got me in and out.

5 /5 Lache Black: Tony the manager is PHENOMENAL! I live in NF but my car stopped in the middle of the road in front of this store. A nice couple pushed my car into a parking lot and I went to car fix and Tony hooked my car onto the back of his pickup truck, no fee, looked at my car and let me stay their until my bf came to pick me up. He made me feel extremely comfortable telling me what May need to be fixed on my car and let me keep it there over this weekend without charging some ridiculous fee like most people would. If you’re looking for someone genuine to take care of your vehicles and someone you could trust I would recommend this place OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Thank you again Tony for all your help!!

While waiting, he dealt with an in-house customer and a couple on the phone, he explained things in detail to them in a kind and courteous manner. I like supporting local business and I will be back. Isabella Moo: In May, I brought my vehicle to Oriskany Garage while I was living in Utica, to have both the intake and exhaust VVT solenoids replaced. At the time, my husband was deployed in the Middle East, and I relied solely on this shop to handle the repair professionally and thoroughly. Just a few months later, I’m now living at Fort Drum, and the same issue has returned — the P0014 code is back, and I’m now experiencing additional serious problems: the engine shuts off while driving, there’s a loss of power, and the ABS system is malfunctioning. This is not only frustrating, but also unsafe. I’m now concerned about the reliability of the work performed, especially since the car is no longer safe to drive and I’m hours away. I trusted Oriskany Garage to do quality work with dependable parts, and I’m disappointed to be facing potentially costly and dangerous consequences for a repair I already paid for just a few months ago. I’m not writing this to be harsh, but to express my deep disappointment as a military spouse who relied on this service during a deployment, and in hopes that Oriskany Garage will take accountability and be willing to review the situation fairly. A willingness to stand behind their work — especially when it affects customer safety — would be appreciated and go a long way toward restoring confidence.

If theyre charging that for a tow, I cant even begin to imagine how jacked up the rest of their prices are. There are many other reputable shops in the area that are not money hungry and arent hanging out in the back pocket of the local police.

Just go to pep boys or any other reputable shop ! They literally should be an oil and rotor change shop. They have no real mechanical skills just waste your time and overprice you for simple work.
