5 /5 Shannon Baker: From start to finish, my experience at this dental office was nothing short of exceptional. The moment I stepped in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient and helpful with all my paperwork and questions. The waiting area was clean and welcoming—instantly putting me at ease. Every single staff member I encountered was phenomenal. The dental assistants were kind, patient, and attentive, always checking to make sure I was comfortable and informed. It’s clear that this team truly works together with kindness and professionalism at the heart of everything they do. And the dentist—what a gem! So gentle, so compassionate, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I felt completely safe and cared for in their hands, which is something I haven’t always felt in the past at other offices. Even the little touches stood out—like checking in on me during the cleaning, making sure I wasn’t in pain, and genuinely listening when I spoke. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines warmth, skill, and professionalism so perfectly, but this one does it effortlessly. I’m beyond grateful to have found such a wonderful team. I can honestly say I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

3 /5 BreAnna Cuevas: Everyone I came in to contact at this location was always very nice. The cleanings were extremely fast and didnt seem to be completely thorough missing some spots but nothing major. Any other dentists that I have been to Ive always seen the dentist at the end of my appointment to do a little check over but out of all my appointments at this location I only met the dentist once. The doors where a clear plastic rather then a door. Front lobby could use an update. And the first place that doesnt offer a new toothbrush at cleanings.

1 /5 nicholai the great: Started yelling at me for no reason at all before I even got off the waiting couch. I don’t even know why. It was obvious that they were just trying to take money and refer me to somebody else, like other reviews have mentioned. I have never met more rude and unprofessional people. I was supposed to be scheduled for major work there today, but they told me while I was sitting there they weren’t going to do it so I’m not even sure why they brought me in in the first place. I just wasted three weeks letting something deteriorate because of them.

5 /5 Coreen Klue: The previous bad reviews had me worried to go in, but Im glad I did! Clean and inviting atmosphere. Nice and polite employees. No one shamed me for my dental history or current condition of my teeth. Everything was clearly explained and anything that wasnt covered by my insurance was directly communicated and given an estimate for. There were a few additional purchase recommendations, but thats to be expected and is up to you. I was in and out in about an hour for an initial checkup, xrays, and cleaning. Highly recommend, dont let the bad reviews scare you.

1 /5 Norfe Pirro: THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!! I called as a new patient and made an appointment to have a chipped tooth fixed. I was given an appointment date for a little over a week later which I was perfectly fine with. I recieved a phone call at 6pm a few days prior to my scheduled appointment from some gentleman who spoke with an accent saying he was canceling my appointment. When I asked why his reply was, no reason. When I again said I dont understand, he said I cant help you and then hung up the phone. Today I called the office and spoke to a receptionist named Cathy. When I explain the call from yesterday she said to me, theres nothing I can say, I dont have any answers for you. When I told her this did not make any sense she said well I can relay the message to the gentleman you spoke with and if he chooses to call you back then he will. I again said I dont understand this at all and she very RUDELY said she cant help me and then hung up. This is absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL business practice I have ever seen in my life. I really hope people will see this and think twice about using this facility. I am so glad their true colors came out before touching my teeth! Shame on this business. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! People listen to what other people are saying.... THEY ALREADY KNOW... THEY HAVE ALREADY EXPERIENCED IT!!! And for the people at cayuga family dentist. I noticed that you sometimes reply to peoples post. Id love to see you reply here after you couldnt take the time to explain on the phone. Ive already reached out to the ithaca times, the ithaca voice, the ithaca journal and the better business Bureau not to mention that I am going to blast this all over social media. People are going to hear how DISGUSTING your customer service is!! Remember my name. I promise you, you made a BIG MISTAKE!!!
