5 /5 Marko Nedeljkovic: Showed up quicky at the Circle K in Watertown,NY. Took a quick look at the truck, realized that he doesnt have enough software and reffered us to who does in town. Very honest company and its rare nowdays.

5 /5 John Babcock: Chris didnt just fix a truck. He made sure I was safe for the night.. He called back after I scheduled service for the morning, to make sure I had heat and food for the night. ❤️ Came out for estimate, returned with parts. Then I was on the road in a couple of hours.

5 /5 Joe Sperry: I got swiped off the side of the road and was stuck in a ditch with a newly flat tire with no hope of getting out until a bystander called Chris to get me out. He was more than a half hour away and still agreed to drive out and pull me out. Not only did he get my vehicle out, but also used his own equipment and put the spare on for me. Best service Ive received in a long time.

5 /5 Andrew Mennerich: My boat trailer had a hub assembly disintegrate on some poor roads. I jacked up the trailer and the wheel fell off. Im just trying to get to the start of my vacation and this happens. Chris answered the phone. helped me assess the situation. I exchanged pictures with him and he was able to tell me what parts id need. I left the trailer, headed to a nearby town and thankfully got the hub assembly I needed. Chris met up with us at the boat trailer, repaired the assembly and got us on our way. He was professional! Extremely Knowledgeable! And basically saved our day! I cannot say how great his service was! Thank you again for helping us get on our way today in our time of need!
