My truck is now much quieter and running smoothly . Kevin Gay at the service department was very professional and expedient. The lifetime engine warranty alone is such a great deal but to have professional and reliable service topped it off. I will be back for a further review after having the vehicle for a bit. Mac White: This place is not even close to worth the money! I got a “complete detail” then came home and cleaned my car. I left with water spots on the paint, streaks on the glass, grime on the interior and along the rocker panels, and debris in the carpet. The car still had bugs splattered on the front end! To the customer service- I went to pick-up the vehicle around 4PM and was told I couldn’t pay with a credit card so I’d have to wait until tomorrow; not a huge deal, I waited till the next day and returned. When I brought up my dissatisfaction with the work I was told the boss wasn’t able to talk I’d need to leave the car again for an undetermined amount of time before checking back. This was unacceptable to me, so after I voiced my concerns about the situation, the associate left the room and came back to offer me 100$ off my total price.

On my visit my car battery died, not once but three times, the team in Watertown, NY brought out a portable jumper and charged my battery back on without an attitude and without making me feel guilty for needing the help. They were actually happy to help. Separately, my car also overheated. It overheated so intensely that the car began to smoke and the radiator fluid BOILED out of the car. The team walked me through turning the vehicle off and safely getting me out of line, to prevent injury to a team member, other customers, or myself. They offered to replace my battery once the car was safe to handle, I graciously accepted. They even recommended a trusted shop nearby to help me with my other issues. I could not recommend this team enough. They were incredible.

Sean MacInnes: Urban Classics provides a high level of professionalism and work into what they do and they certainly charge for it. I really appreciated the level of communication, the clear explanations provided to me and the transparency when discussing what needed to be repaired with my vehicle. While I got some repair work done by them, I wasn’t willing to do everything because of their very high prices. I needed my rear brakes replaced and was able to find a different repair shop that was able to perform the same work for half the price of what Urban Classics was quoting. I totally understand they have a big team of professionals to pay and their work is certainly of high quality. My recommendation is to do research into other mechanics first if you know what the problem is before coming here as nice as they may be.
