5 /5 Al Bennett: I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff is amazing and treat you like a family member. I went in for knee replacement therapy and after I was all healed was having some back pain so I went back for that. Both times Doctor Tara Darling was incredible. Her mix of enthusiasm, compassion and knowledge was just what I needed. I consider her more than my therapist she became my friend and I respect her greatly for all that she has done for me. If you need a place to go for therapy, this is the place!

5 /5 Kathy Welch: Exemplary! I had knee replacement surgery 7 weeks ago and started PT at Chautauqua Physical & Occupational Therapy in Jamestown a couple of days after surgery. From the moment I walked in all the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The facility is spotlessly clean and well equipped for any type of PT or OT someone would need. I had the pleasure and privilege to work with William Lucas who was the consummate professional; kind, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. He pushed me to reach my capabilities and it paid off tremendously. I came in for my first appointment right after surgery in a walker with so much pain I could hardly walk. I left today, 7 weeks later, able to walk nearly pain-free and able to do things I have not been able to do before my knee was replaced. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend CPOT to anyone who needs help with PT or OT. Hats off to a tremendous team and thank you to all of you for getting me back on my feet!

5 /5 Renee Hartling: Highly recommend using Chautauqua PT in Jamestown. The Physical Therapist works with you 1-on-1 and they know how to give you exercises that will gradually increase your mobility and strength. The entire office staff is friendly and helpful and made my visits very pleasant. I went from limited mobility in my shoulder to complete range of motion. My therapist, Duncan Reed, gave me appropriate exercises, stretched my arm and shoulder, and encouraged and supported me throughout the process. I cannot thank him enough!

The office staff were friendly, always had welcoming smiles. I received great care and compassion from the physical therapists, Leigha Schimmoeller and Zach Waite. They were a pleasure to work with I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. They are great group of people who care about the patient and treats the person with respect, compassion and takes the time to know the person."

5 /5 Mark Hanson: No more pinched nerve! Dr. Lucas and the staff were amazing. They were friendly and welcoming. From the initial consultation to the last treatment, I felt reassured and encouraged. Every time I came in it was like being with friends. I am convinced this environment was part of my recovery. I hope I dont have reason to come back but if needed, this is my first choice.
