They are terrific dentists and nice people and the staff is great and very professional and the office is very clean and well run and they are almost always on time with appts. The moment I became a new patient, the Doctor had a treatment plan for me that would address not only the function of my teeth and jaw, but aesthetic concerns as well. Even when my insurance carrier changed and wasn’t compatible with the office, I chose to continue my treatment there and am so happy I have. From the front office staff and hygienists, (who somehow remember everything about me!) to my Doctor, the experience is always pleasant and everyone is so kind. For anyone living Queens who hates commuting into the city for appointments, I live in Astoria and it is totally worth the drive (only 30 mins!) Highly recommend Chimon Family Dentistry.

Michele Moore: Dr. Matt Kim is a SUPERB dentist who operates at the top of his profession! He carefully applied anesthetic to my gum so that I would not feel any discomfort when he injected my gum with pain killer. He then artfully repaired a broken back tooth with a composite material similar to what I had before. It was EXCELLENT treatment that simply could NOT have been better! His office is very professionally managed, elegantly decorated and METICULOUSLY CLEAN. There is ample free parking in the large lot close to his office entrance. His staff is excellent too.

Shah Quadery: This orthodontist seemed very professional and they have a modern facility. Its located in an unexpected residential area in Mineola. It was cool to see the pictures in the lobby, which were taken as the building was being built over time. They have a huge sports memorabilia in their waiting room filled with autographs of famous people. They also have a nice kids waiting area with games.

Kristine Ramnath: I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Roslyn Family Dental. I went in to have four fillings replaced at their recommendation, only to experience severe pain just days later. When I returned, they dismissed my concerns, saying my teeth were just “sensitive.” However, after a full week with no improvement, I sought a second opinion and paid out-of-pocket for an X-ray. The new dentist found decay left under the filling and that the filling itself was hitting my gums—clear signs of poor work. I returned to Roslyn Family Dental with the X-ray, but Dr. Saleh was not available, and I was instead seen by Yelena. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, even making a sarcastic remark asking me if I could see the decay. I felt unheard and disrespected, and at that point, I no longer trusted them to work on my teeth. I went back to my new dentist, who reopened the filling, confirmed there was decay left inside, and properly corrected the filling that had been placed incorrectly. To make matters worse, just two weeks later, the other fillings they had done fell out! After multiple calls, I finally got a refund, but only after dealing with unnecessary stress and poor treatment. This office clearly lacks experienced professionals, and their dismissive attitude toward patient concerns is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else—your dental health depends on it.

Anthony: Been going here for a year and my wife as well with a crown done. Her tooth was aching again where the crown was done and when called for a 12pm confirmation the front desk manager said the appointment is 1pm. They made a scheduling mistake booking the wrong time and is adamant we confirmed the 1PM when no one confirmed anything. Never had to deal with such an arrogant front desk staff that still want to charge a $30 fee for their scheduling mistake.

Robert sands: Was having so much trouble going through the implant process. The most awful experience of my life! Thankfully the dentist I was using ends up retiring in the middle of the whole process and I was FORTUNATE enough to be referred to Peter Glavas. His office and staff are TERRIFIC! The location and the parking was as convenient as could be. His staff is professional and so friendly and accommodating. Then there’s Peter Glavas. Such a terrific personality and in my opinion an expert at what he does. I was SO DEPRESSED before meeting him and he changed that after my first visit. My denture is now extremely comfortable and I can now deal with waiting on the implants to be put in. Quite simply he’s the best out there March 18 2019 All done. Teeth came out SO GREAT! Best dental practice on Long Island! If you’re going through the implant process, don’t go anywhere else!!!!!
