It was cool to see the pictures in the lobby, which were taken as the building was being built over time. They have a huge sports memorabilia in their waiting room filled with autographs of famous people. They also have a nice kids waiting area with games.

So attentive and caring to my boy and my 2 girls that tagged along. Was informative and provided 3 options to choose from. Wasn’t pushy at all and has the best interest of each kid. At the end of the visit, my son said he misses the Dr! Shows you the impact he made in a short period of time.

Her tooth was aching again where the crown was done and when called for a 12pm confirmation the front desk manager said the appointment is 1pm. They made a scheduling mistake booking the wrong time and is adamant we confirmed the 1PM when no one confirmed anything. Never had to deal with such an arrogant front desk staff that still want to charge a $30 fee for their scheduling mistake.

Thankfully the dentist I was using ends up retiring in the middle of the whole process and I was FORTUNATE enough to be referred to Peter Glavas. His office and staff are TERRIFIC! The location and the parking was as convenient as could be. His staff is professional and so friendly and accommodating. Then there’s Peter Glavas. Such a terrific personality and in my opinion an expert at what he does. I was SO DEPRESSED before meeting him and he changed that after my first visit. My denture is now extremely comfortable and I can now deal with waiting on the implants to be put in. Quite simply he’s the best out there March 18 2019 All done. Teeth came out SO GREAT! My son age 4 was scared ofc but he calmed down afterwards. They played his favourite show and then some nice music afterwards to soothe both the patient and myself.
