Kristine Ramnath I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Roslyn Family Dental. I went in to have four fillings replaced at their recommendation, only to experience severe pain just days later. When I returned, they dismissed my concerns, saying my teeth were just “sensitive.” However, after a full week with no improvement, I sought a second opinion and paid out-of-pocket for an X-ray. The new dentist found decay left under the filling and that the filling itself was hitting my gums—clear signs of poor work.
I returned to Roslyn Family Dental with the X-ray, but Dr. Saleh was not available, and I was instead seen by Yelena. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, even making a sarcastic remark asking me if I could see the decay. I felt unheard and disrespected, and at that point, I no longer trusted them to work on my teeth.
I went back to my new dentist, who reopened the filling, confirmed there was decay left inside, and properly corrected the filling that had been placed incorrectly. To make matters worse, just two weeks later, the other fillings they had done fell out! After multiple calls, I finally got a refund, but only after dealing with unnecessary stress and poor treatment.
This office clearly lacks experienced professionals, and their dismissive attitude toward patient concerns is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else—your dental health depends on it.

Nadine Mauri Walked in and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the environment. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided clear guidance for onboarding for new patients. Once I was taken in I was quickly seen by the technician and dentist. They did not try to sell me any products but gave suggestions for improving my bite that I could consider for the future. The only thing I would suggest is maybe improve start time. I waited about 20-25 minutes after my appointment time before I was taken in for my cleaning. However, I am aware in dentistry some appointments before might take unexpectedly longer which can affect subsequent appointments. Other than that, no issues! Looking forward to continuing my care with this team :)

Craig Miesel It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist in my over 50 years. I have had numerous root canals, extractions, and currently have several impants so I speak from a lot of experience. First, the office called me several times to check my insurance after I already provided it. When I arrrived at my appointment they told me that my insurance wasn’t accepted. Not only did they embarrass me in front of other customers they realized they made a mistake and did not even apologize. I waited a long time in the chair waiting for the dentist to arrive. My examination room was being used as an office while I was waiting and there was an employee on the phone with one of their providers. It was completely unprofessional. When the dentist arrived she was cold and unkind . It was the worst exam experience of my life. Finally, after my appointment I received a letter from my insurance company that the dentist did not submit the claim correctly and that was why my claim was denied. I only hope this review helps another person before they make the huge mistake I made.
