5 /5 Kim Vu: This is the first time I visited this location. Kelvin was courteous efficient yet patience. Dr. Boss was thorough and took his time to make sure he explained and answered my concerns regarding my symptoms as a result from a fall. Dr. Boss also called and follow up with me about my X-ray and my prescription on the same day. Thank you both for a pleasant medical visit. Know that I appreciate you both.

5 /5 Annie McGill: I had a great experience at the Fulton Urgent Care. I came in on a Sunday morning around 10. The front desk staff were very helpful with getting me checked in and I only waited around 10-15 minutes before being seen. The PA and physician were both incredibly helpful and were able to get me a diagnosis and antibiotics all within a 15 minute appointment. I will definitely come back for any other urgent care needs.

1 /5 sisi amara: If I could give negative stars I would. The worst, most unempathetic, most dismissive, urgent care facility Ive ever been to. They do NOT care about you at ALL. I was in the most pain Ive felt, called the ER at first and they told me Urgent Care would be sufficient so I went to City MD Fulton. They did not care about my situation at all while I was in agony trying not to cry because they were annoyed because they were almost closing (i get it ur closing soon but if someone’s in pain and this is the nearest urgent care that’s still open what was i supposed to do). I dont even have the words to describe how rude everyone was. If you dont truly care about people, why are you in this field? Honestly thank god I left and didn’t get treated by them anyways because they truly do not care at all how horrible u are feel. Only one nurse showed a BIT of empathy. U are dealing with SICK vulnerable patients, please learn how to have some empathy. I hope when one of the employees get sick they deal with staff like themselves so they know how it feels. Words can’t describe how awful they were and how horribly they dealt with it, also didn’t even think to give me painkillers or anything just made me leave while i was bleeding lol ok. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

5 /5 Patricia Rodriguez: While the Broad street location had over an gr wait, Fulton Street had less than 15 min. Based on my symptoms & recent uptick, the Dr was prepared to diagnose walking pneumonia. After ACTUALLY examining me he pivoted. Found i was wheezing & treated that. I felt heard & feel a little better after 1 day. Thank you!!

erin kennedy: Unfortunately, my mom and i have been sick for almost 2 months.. we both have been to the clinic 2 times..other than the wait time, the staff has been amazing! They are very short staffed because no one wants to work these days..When i first got sick, i had to leave and go to the other clinic, because the wait was too long and i was very sick and i just wanted some antibiotics.. the other clinic wasn’t horrible.. i did get my antibiotics and was able to get in and out within an hour.. about a week later i went to the Alice Hyde clinic because i was still having a hard time breathing and coughing like crazy.. a lot less of a wait ! the doctor on duty was Dr. Nancy..she was amazing.. she took care of all of my needs ..did a breathing treatment and before i left.. i could breath 100%! i was home on the couch and a couple hours later..the receptionist called me and said the Dr. wanted me to get an x-ray to make sure nothing else was going on with my lungs.. verdict.. i still had bronchitis and because i have asthma it was taking more time to get rid of it. My mom had a great experience too..she had the same doctor .. she did some basic tests and immediately told my mom that she needed to get to the ER..she crossed the street and went to the hospital where they admitted her .. she had pneumonia and had fluid on her lungs. and stayed for a few days… if the clinic hasn’t sent her .. God only knows what would have happened if the Dr. at the clinic hadn’t urged her to go. We are very thankful! There are so many sick people in the community.. Try to be patient with the Doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff .. they are doing a great job!!

Matthew Rogofsky: I wish I had the choice to not give a single star.I offered my medical paperwork on at my new patient establishment care appointment which was not taken into consideration.All of my conditions were not considered in my comprehensive care plan,the doctor simply picked one that was convenient.After about 6 months worth of visits and each time expressing my increasing pain and discomfort my visits lasted maybe 10 minutes each.I needed an orthopedic specialist but I was referred to a Pain Management Clinic that was one of the most horrible experiences next to this one.Just know none of them care about you,you are simply a cash generator,your doctor will never meet you in person,they will stay tucked away safe in their opulent homes laughing all the way to the Mercedes Dealership.None of them could hold a candle to Dr. Rutowski who would come to your house to treat you,he knew your name without looking at a file and he never considered his bottom line..only to care for you.Them days are gone.

Jill Brown: 4 people in my family have tested positive for covid. In our initial call I was told someone would be in touch daily...now being realistic I didnt expect a call daily, but once every couple days to check on us...yes. we did not receive any calls to follow up. The only time I heard from the county at all was when I requested to have the nurse paged so I could receive discharge letters for us. No one called, no one checked in to see if we needed anything or how we were doing. The after hours person was quite rude today when I called to ask to speak to someone as it is now 4pm and I hadnt heard from anyone yet today I am supposed to be discharged from isolation. The guy told me they had until the end of business, so of course I asked what time that was. He then stated, well we have a lot of calls and if you have already called we will get back to you. I proceeded to tell him I am supposed to be released today and just wanted clarification since no one contacted me. He finally paged someone. Not helpful at all when you have small children sick in addition to an entire family and being told they would be checking in to see if we needed supplies, food, or had any medical issues yet not one call!
