5 /5 Helene Clemenza: Went in today because I’m sick. I was brought into a room within 5 minutes upon arrival. The front desk personnel were attentive & handled my registration quickly. Kevin was my medical assistant. I had to leave a review because of Kevin. He’s such a sweet, gentle, kind & knowledgeable MA. When he took the Covid & flu samples, he was so gentle. He made me feel comfortable. I felt that he truly cared about me. In some of these walkins, it’s hit or miss to get staff that care about you.
My husband broke his toe a few weeks ago, and we went there as well. The MA & nurse practitioner were fantastic. The care they gave my husband was above and beyond!
