1 /5 Toby Barg: Please avoid if you can. The front staff is polite. The nurse was professional and polite. The doctor spent less than a minute in the room after over an hour wait, was rude and extremely abrupt. Did not conduct an actual exam and then briskly said that we needed to go to the ER. Not the right call, but the issue was also that he didn’t take the time to make an informed call. He was very unprofessional. The scribe tech (?) on duty made us feel very uncomfortable. It was an odd and unsettling experience.

1 /5 Kathleen Reynolds: I felt a sensation of a painful electric shock when it happened. I was asked about bleeding problems and medications. My medications happen to be antidepressants and a mood stabilizer, as I am Bipolar. The provider barely checked for a pedal pulse; my foot and ankle were bruised and swollen. There was no check for a temp of toes or warmth created by a blood clot. He said it was Friday. You need to go to the ER. No urgency was noted when he spoke to me—no pain in the calf, groin, or anywhere between. I was discharged with a cane and sent limping out to with instructions. The urgency to go to the ED were written never spent. I was home before I noted it. I also know how to determine when an ultrasound is necessary. Not by personal experience but through assisting a family member with a DV T. I went to the ER and X-ray showed a fractured ankle and negative ultrasound. I left the Er with a splint and crutches. No weight bearing. Fortunately I am a strong woman at 66 yrs of age. Never before so disrespected after knowledge of a Psych Diag was revealed. I am stable on my meds and though I have a label I am not stupid.

1 /5 Joseph Son: Title: Unacceptable Wait Time for Simple Ear Infection I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this CD MD Urgent Care Nanuet location. I checked in at 7:14 PM for what should have been a quick and straightforward visit to check for an ear infection. Despite the simplicity of my issue, I wasn’t seen until much later and didn’t leave until 8:50 PM. The wait time was completely unreasonable, especially considering there weren’t many patients in the waiting area. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no sense of urgency in addressing patients’ needs. Urgent care should provide quick and efficient service, but this experience was the opposite. I will seriously consider going elsewhere in the future for medical care.

5 /5 Helene Clemenza: Went in today because I’m sick. I was brought into a room within 5 minutes upon arrival. The front desk personnel were attentive & handled my registration quickly. Kevin was my medical assistant. I had to leave a review because of Kevin. He’s such a sweet, gentle, kind & knowledgeable MA. When he took the Covid & flu samples, he was so gentle. He made me feel comfortable. I felt that he truly cared about me. In some of these walkins, it’s hit or miss to get staff that care about you. My husband broke his toe a few weeks ago, and we went there as well. The MA & nurse practitioner were fantastic. The care they gave my husband was above and beyond!

5 /5 Marc Cutler: A great experience from start to finish. Front desk was efficient and friendly. Nurse was knowledgeable and skilled (especially at taking blood). Provider was extremely thorough, professional and caring. The radiology department is a great asset for an Urgent Care. The provider followed up to review test results.
