1 /5 jay dunbar: ER is a joke. After waiting 2 hours in the ER waiting room to be seen, send us out to the car to wait and "put us on the list". They actually took us off the list and made us wait 3 more hours and tried to charge us a second time, only to send us home without solving the problem. Watched a girl that appeared stab waiting more than 3 and a half hours before she was even seen, while taking coughing patience immediately in. ER wants its covid funding more than to help

1 /5 Deb Sully: My partner of 27 years was nauseated and in pain. We went to the E.R. at 11:am. My boyfriend was admitted at 10:15 pm with a bad gallbladder which was removed the next day. I saw so many people suffering and in pain in that poor excuse for an emergency room. No updates on any tests nobody checking to maybe offer these poor people a blanket as they sit there in pain for hours. I wasnt sick and sat there with him for over 11 hours. Imagine what it is like when you feel horrible and you just sit and and sit. Absolutely pathetic. Once he got to an E.R. room things were better. And once he got on 3T floor they were very good. I dont know what or why the E.R. is so totally screwed up but somebody should be accountable for such a disastrous run facility. I pray I never have to go to that hell hole again.

1 /5 Shannon Waddilove: Dislike everything about this hospital! Drive the extra miles and skip GFH! Inconsistent rules (depends on who is charge nurse). Everyone is rude and acts like you are the problem! ER portion, forget about it! Like I said, drive the extra distance, skip this place. You’ll thank me later!

1 /5 Zachary Lane: My wife went to urgent care and eas told to get to the hospital she’s been in there since 7 pm it’s now 11:50 with no room they said they have no beds available. Then why not send them tomato’s hospital or Albany med why make people suffer in pain to top it off there doing a remodel the waiting area is freezing with that door wide open none stop. This place needs to be shut down

5 /5 Colby Stout: My Aunt is in the ICU and they are taking exceptional care of her. The staff are incredible and inform us of everything they are doing while they are doing it.
