1 /5 Hannah Denson: John did my brakes and said he would call when it was done, he called later at night and when we said we would come in the morning (like many car shops have no problem with) to get it he demanded payment immediately and said it had to be that night, he never informed us when the car would be done and that there was any time frame expectation. He proceeded to say we ruined his night and yelled profanities at us and called us names. When I expressed that he was being unprofessional he continued to yell profanities.
