Steven Shaffer Save youre money and go to bee line!! Put a new rough country lift in my jeep. I left everything loose so he could do his work. Picked up my jeep and had a serious death wobble and pulled to the right. I called him and asked if he tightened everything. He insisted he did. I looked and nothing was done... the jam nuts were still 2" away from being tight. waisted $200.

donorlow This is a great garage and worth every dollar for their services. Rich helped us understand the issue we were having with shaking in the drivetrain and was able to resolve it by replacing the CV shaft. He is a true hero!!!

Elizabeth Carr Some friends came from Canada to visit. They had a flat tire and happened to be by trombleys. They went in and Art was extremely helpful. Found a good used tire and put it on, checked all the other tires. They were on their way in half an hour. Trombleys was very fair in price and provided great service. They could have boned my friends as they were from out of town but they were fair and amazing. Would highly recommend them.

Mark Miranda What I dont like is I made an APPOINTMENT about 3 weeks early to get thing done. They did everything except 1 thing I needed done, the owner told me that HE did not have time-keeping in mind that I made an appointment to get THINGS DONE. And everyone knows that the owner does not do the work, he just sits there and runs the place. And this was EARLY like 11, 11.30 AM. We are talking about a 30 minute job here at the most. This is obviously because they had another job to do with someone else for a higher price. Why should I need to have to inconvenience myself by having to return later when my vehicle was right there?

Christian Rovou They dont seem to have the level of knowledge and expertise I expect from fhe prices they charge. 1. I got a new car and it didnt have a front plate bracket because it was from a different state. I ask them if they could find a way to attach it. They acted like I had asked them for a custom engine. They didnt want to mess up my new car, etc.... and told me to take it to the dealer (and get charged up the ass???) if you cant take care of this job, what can you do? 2. They failed my inspection for a reason that was INVALID. Back window tint. The DMV website CLEARLY states that back windows can have ANY amount of tint, as long as you have two sideview mirrors (which every vehicle today does). I brought it to another mechanic the next day who ordered a front plate bracket for my car, installed it, and passed my inspection after assuring me that I DID in fact understand the DMVs verbiage on NYS tint law; my back windows were indeed legal. Essentially they not only completely wasted my time, but I almost almost attempted to remove the tint myself because I was close to inspection expiration and needed to leave town. I was scrambling at first because of their inaccuracies. There also was after another previous occasion where they failed to install new wipers I requested on my old car, but didnt forget to charge me for them— in their defense they took care of it after I went back a few days later. But looking at the totality of the evidence now, this place isnt a trustworthy garage to bring your vehicle. Mechanics arent cheap and the service I received was underwhelming to say the least.

KRYSTYNE SZYMCZAK If I could give it no stars I would most definitely give it no stars. Last time I was at harrys tires was years ago and bought snow tires for both of my cars, so figured Ill go to Harrys again as I needed snow tires and a new headlight lamp for the drivers side and oil change for my car. My husband called and told the person what I needed, he said he doesnt know if he will get the headlight lamp in time for the appointment, so my husband offered to get it himself. After making the appointment and receiving the headlight lamp in time for my appointment, we brought the car down. I then received a call from them asking me if I had the the snow tires for my car and asked if my husband said "order the snow tires" to the person he spoke to. Well, of course my husband didnt know he had to use the words "ORDER SNOW TIRES", he only said "I need snow tires". The guy told me that they had to order them as at the end of year he would have to pay a tax for any unsold tires, and doesnt replace tires after they are sold out. I told him forget the tires then and just do headlight and oil change. I received another phone from them an hour later and they told me I needed an air filter, okay so be it. I finally received my last phone call telling me my car is ready, I asked the girl how much since I am paying cash, she quoted me $255.70. When I went to pick up my car, the owner (he said he was the owner) said $265. 64 .. I said I was quoted a different price. Long story short he charged me the amount I was quoted for. The next morning going to work at 430 a.m I noticed as soon as I pulled out, that my headlight wasnt adjusted. I now inspected the front of my car and saw the bumper on the passenger side was sticking out by the headlight as well. After calling up the next day when they opened, Keith the owner told me that the headlight usually comes in already adjusted. Guess he feels women are stupid .. who knows. Instead of me taking my car back to Harrys, I brought my car to my mechanic, after purchasing snow tires on ebay and found out that Harrys didnt install my headlight lamp right and that there was a band that was broken and glued together and that is why my fender was sticking out. I cannot say for sure that Harrys did it, but I am going to assume after the experience Ive had. I sure hope that they actually changed my air filter and changed my oil. Wasted $255. to that company. I do not recommend Harrys tires. Sad, they used to be a good company under the original owners, but I guess the new owners want to lie and cheat the customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID

James Bristow Had a burnt valve in my Merc Sable and Jim put in the hours and got it done right the first time. Its almost been a year and the cars still running great with no ce light. I highly recommend One Way for quality repairs to keep you headed down the road.

Rick Smith I have been to Bee Line twice in the past 6 months for different issues. This guy impresses me as someone who is very honest and knowledgeable and also very fair. He did excellent work on my vehicle at a fair price. Yes it does take a week or two to get in there but that is only because he is booked solid every single day and is in very high demand because he does quality work at a fair price. If you need an alignment or a tie rod replaced, trust me you dont want to go anywhere else this guy will take good care of you.

Lisa Goodale Dave is a genuine person with years of skill and knowledge. He has repaired 2 vehicles that had pretty serious issues over looked by other mechanics and keeps them steering straight! My third is more complicated as vehicles just arent made the same anymore.

Shayne S Called to get an estimate on a subwoofer and amp installation on my S4 and Bobby fit me in the same day. Less than half the price for any local audio installation estimate I got. Friendly and quick service. 10/10 would go here again for any audio installation!

Christine Antonik Had electric start put in our vehicle. 1. When he quoted me a price on the phone I set up appointment to get it done. Then after job was completed I was given a higher price then quote and of course the one that quoted ne wasnt there. Then took vehicle back twice cause remotes were failing. Of course very time they reprogrammed it they had to take glove box out. Then didnt we notice our owner manual was missing. We spoke to the owner and of course he stated none laying around there. First of all didnt even bother to look around to see if it was there. So know I have to purchase a new one between $60..00 to $150.00. Then notice my registration and insurance card was gone also. Would not recommend this place. It was in the car at that time of service. Must of grew legs. Owner didnt install it nor cash me out

Nicole Gabriel Noticed my muffler sounded slightly louder .Called today and they were able to get me right in. They looked at it and told me my muffler flange had rotted and it had no bolt. They said it was a simple fix. They had it fixed within a hour . It cost me less than $100 totalfor parts and labor. Im happy with it so far. If it gives me any problems will update my review. Everyone was very courteous and nice...... Update Had another issue with my car. I had a good experience with this place last time so I called them back up. They were able to fix my vehicle and did it quickly and efficiently. The man who works here Craig went above and beyond to help. More places need employees like him. Will definitely be back ( hopefully not any time soon). I added a star to my review because of Craigs awesome customer service skills. I highly recommend this place.

Hannah Denson John did my brakes and said he would call when it was done, he called later at night and when we said we would come in the morning (like many car shops have no problem with) to get it he demanded payment immediately and said it had to be that night, he never informed us when the car would be done and that there was any time frame expectation. He proceeded to say we ruined his night and yelled profanities at us and called us names. When I expressed that he was being unprofessional he continued to yell profanities.

My only concern was the credit card charge I would have paid cash . Prius Seller Took car in for an inspection. Told us we needed four new tires, four brand new brakes including rotors and a new rear windshield wiper for $300. First of all, rear wipers are not required to pass inspection. We took it elsewhere to have the brakes checked and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Total repairs would have been over $2,000.

Alex Torea This store is no longer a local shop. It’s a nationwide owned chain and customer service is at the bottom of their list. Only use them if you are commercial and are only buying product. They can’t match paint and act totally unprofessionally. Huge disappointment trying to use this shop.

Lindsey Hendershot Caliber Collision in Auburn was absolutely wonderful to work with. My Mercedes was hit and Caliber was recommended to me by someone who spoke very highly of them. Their recommendation was spot on! Caliber made my suv look good as new and they updated me every step of the way. I never had to wonder what phase of repair my vehicle was in because of the frequent text updates. I can say with certainty that I will always choose Caliber if I am in need of repairs in the future.

Deborah Eaton I actually don’t believe this business deserves one star. I had my car towed there because it was a AAA approved shop. They misdiagnosed the problem (Tim) telling me it was a starter and quoted $850.00 to repair. I was visiting from out of town so I was at the mercy of a service repair shop. I had it re-towed to another shop who diagnosed the problem (129.00) big difference. Tim was so rude and told me I owed him $97.00 for the diagnosis and wouldn’t release the car till I paid him. I didn’t have a car so I asked if I could give him my credit card over the phone. He rudely said “cash only “ . Since I didn’t have a car I said “ I’m not sure what to do”( I didn’t want to rely on others to drive me around. His reply was” you go to the bank and withdraw 97.00 or go to an atm and do the same. I told him I didn’t appreciate his condescending tone. When my friends husband went to the shop to pay him for me, he had a different tone, however he lied on the receipt and stated that I was nasty to him which wasn’t true. I would never never never recommend going here. I will report this to Triple AAA as well. I am not one to write negative reviews on any business however the behavior of this owner warrants it

Jim Power Always had good service until today. Ive taken my vehicle here several times and each time had excellent service. When I dropped my car off today I threw out a small bag of garbage in the dumpster. It was a literally only empty chip bags, snack bags ect. (I have kids). While waiting for our ride back home, the owner came out all aggressive and yelled and screamed at my wife and I and our two kids. "Did you throw out garbage in my dumpster?" We admitted we had, we wanted to try and clean the car as best as we could for the mechanic. He proceeded to demand that we take the garbage out of the dumpster and kept following us. I tried to explain that we were paying customers and just dropped off the vehicle for service. He continued to yell "using the dumpster is not part of the service and you need to get the garbage out now". The dumpster was empty, I couldnt reach the garbage at the bottom of the dumpster. Needless to say I asked for my key back. He flat out refused to give me my car key back. I HAD TO CALL AUBURN PD to get my car key back. Finally I got the key back when police arrived. Upon getting my key back he says "let it be a lesson to you not to throw garbage in peoples dumpsters". Let it be a lesson Ill never spend money at your establishment again. A small tiny bag of garbage over thousands of dollars of money Ive spent here. How petty.
