They will love your dog no matter what breed, big or small. Receptionists are busy, but always accommodating. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have a difficult dog who is a patient and he is provided the same quality care as other dogs without challenges. I feel confident that my pets are getting the best care possible at a fair price. You won’t have to wait months for an appointment!

Yesterday, Sunday 12/15/24 I brought my daughter in for an earache that I was able to schedule an early morning appointment for the night before online. We were in and out and the staff was amazing & treated my daughter so nice. From the receptionist to the nurse Megan who took her time with my daughter and gave her some extra attention. To Rachel who was the PA came in and did her assessment quick & made us feel comfortable . When we were leaving, my daughter was literally smiling, saying they were the best!
I dont usually leave reviews but felt this should be shared as I know people usually only give reviews when theyre dissatisfied. Couldnt have asked for a better experience there.
Ferris Hills At West Lake - Canandaigua Richard Russ: After checking into several other senior independent housing options for a senior family member we all agreed on Ferris Hills. After 6 months there I can safely say that the residents and employees have been amazing in every respect in making this transition into a comfortable choice well beyond every expectation. This is a vibrant, active and caring independent living facility with an optional extended care wing, not a "nursing home" by any stretch of the imagination. I would give it 6 stars if possible.
