Zuka Mint If I could share a picture I would, they left me waiting for 39mins almost a damn hour so I could ask if there are appointments available because every time I go there I waste my time by being told they arent taking any appointments for like 1-2 months, if you MF cant handle a simple call then some technology should replace you for us to be able to do the appointments online.

Joey Maiorani Dentist people were so great. The dentist i had was genuine and very good at what she does! Secretarys were nice but were treated rude by people because of the wait times which is not there fault at all and was frustrating to see . Overall Im very glad I found this dentist

Julie Barcomb-Knapp Rachael Daly NP takes excellent care of her patients. She is kind, caring, takes time to fully examine you. She answers all your questions and addresses all your concerns. She takes time treating her patients so they feel better soon. I am blessed that she works Fridays so I can seek medical care if needed when my primary doctor is not in. I appreciate all you to do to care for your patients. Thank you

Lisa Ann Willoughby After changing medical providers due to inacessibility during past years,Ive finally found this practice that is able to meet my medical needs. Thank goodness for this practice . Patients are treated well here, not like an oil change. Problems are presented in an understandable manner. Thank you

Terry Spak Appalling abuse of position in harassing a local radio host who questions how the pandemic is managed locally; valid questions with thousands of *opposing professional and expert viewpoints* that Mendoza will not even consider based on either/both ego or ignorance. I reference abuse of his "position," and not his "authority" in using local police officers to harass a radio show host at their home. He does not have the authority to do so to begin with, and this could constitute criminal abuse of a position that warrants an investigation and disciplinary action or outright charges. I would encourage the radio host to pursue a civil suit against this man for the trauma he caused to their family. Any respectable doctor will listen to opposing points of view as well as the actual facts and stats proving that different policies from his own can and do work (such as the countless areas that are fully or near-fully open with perhaps rises in infection rates...but NO RISE IN MORTALITY RATES). We are all sick of the "rise in infections" due to *testing* being used as a media tool when the rates of death remain low and in tandem with seasonal flu numbers. Get this man out of this position NOW. He refuses to even answer questions, and he is NOT operating in the best interests of the community. *Tens of thousands of local people are suffering because of this man*.

Jo Pan Didnt give me any options but his own. After awhile I just thought he was not listening to me at all. I will have to find a second opinion because of this because I am still not clear. I want to be clear and he had his way only.

Sabrina Verbridge Used to be a great practice, I have had numerous problems getting my childrens prescriptions filled, getting health records sent to school, and have even been told that theres nothing wrong with my kids when there clearly is. My son has gone here for 7 years now and we are in the process of changing offices due to all the negative experiences we have had, and theyre not even making that easy! The receptionist told me they would send out my paperwork months ago for this change and the new office still has yet to receive anything. If your child has a development problem or any type of disability, especially ADHD or autism, I would seriously recommend a different office as this one will just ignore your concerns or try to medicate your child without any other steps

Lorenny We couldn’t imagine ourselves in another practice. From the moment you enter the office, the girls at the reception smile at you and help you with everything. We have been with Dr. Liano since the birth of my two little ones, but he also cares for our 9 year old son. The kids love him, they always talk about him at home! We come from a country where the relationship between doctor and patient is extremely close and Dr. Liano has connected in a very empathetic and special way with our family, which makes us feel at home. I have cried in his office, he has shown us sympathy, he has helped us to be parents and when we go it is like a positive therapy always encouraging us and telling us how well we take care of our children. Dr. Liano is part of our family. It is very difficult to see another doctor in the office when he is not there and although they are all very good we do not change the laughter and the good time with Dr. Liano. The nurses team is awesome and they all have a very sweet voice especially Amanda. The are extremely patient with children and they will go beyond expectations to get them vaccinated and tested for anything. I trust them, I have recommended them and I will never change them. Keep it up Unity Pediatrics!

Rowan Peters Ive been going to Dr. Song for several years now and she has gone above and beyond to see that my needs have been met. Im in a much better place since switching to her.

Marilyn Frappolli I have been trying since the second week in January to set up an appointment with Dr. Song. When I call the appointment line they refer me to another number where this person processes new patients. The line never rings; it only has a recording that states because of the high number of calls you need to leave a message. Ok, Ive been doing this about 3 times a week since January. I do get a call back the next day but, unfortunately, I havent been home to receive the call. As soon as I get the message I call back and the scenario goes on and on. I wonder if the doctors in this practice know how difficult it is to get in with them. If I EVER manage to get an appointment, Ill certainly tell them how ridiculous this has been. At the very least, they need another person to process these new calls. Maybe its time to look for someone else if this is any indication of how difficult it is to get an appointment.

Lindsay Dailor It’s crazy to me that this facility does not have more reviews, and positive ones at that. I’ve always had a great experience here. I switched over from my regular doctor managing my thyroid disease to Lorraine Medina and she is the first doctor I have felt like has treated me with respect and listened to what I have to say. She has communicated very well the past several years I’ve been seeing her and I wouldn’t ever want to go back or prefer anyone else. Most recently, my insurance no longer covered my thyroid medication, which sent me into a spiral. Luckily, I was able to connect with Andrianna and she was AMAZING. Stayed in touch with me every step of the way and moved the process along so incredibly quick. She called me prior to the weekend starting to let me know my insurance approved their request and I would be covered for the next year. That is exceptional and above and beyond customer care. I appreciate everyone I talk to at this establishment and feel my care is in great hands. Thank you everyone.

V L The doctor at this location is awesome! Glad my love one is understanding their illness and a doctor who cares. Only rated a 4 because there is one older receptionist who wears a big hat in the office that thinks she can talk to you in a rude, rachet condescending manner and she shouldnt be working at the front desk. I remained composed only because the doctor here is great and wouldnt want her to interfere wirh The care of my loved one. The office manager needs to hold her accountable this not the first time (over the phone) she has sarcastically said slick comments and thinks she is talking to a child, she also walked into the lobby staring me down and gossiping with her coworker unprofessional! Next time I will go higher up but an office manager needs to remind her of the code of ethics in caring for patients people are ill and dont need to be huddled with the likes of this individual. The well being of patients is priority and starts at the front desk!! However, I would like to command the friendly staff at the front who are always kind cant let this one rotten apple take your joy or effect your over all well-being! Thank you to those who always are polite caring and kind!

Jennifer Helm I went to the one at unity Hospital, the Lipson Cancer Center. The date on my chart said one day and a card I got in the mail said different so I called there and asked which one was my appointment. They told me the one on my chart. I took the day off and went there and told them I was here. they said no your appointments on the date on the card they sent. This is not the first time it’s happened. They are unorganized and unprofessional. People that have to go to a cancer center shouldn’t have added stress in their life. The least you could do is give them the correct day that their appointment is. My mom just found out she has cancer and I told her to stay away from that place.

Joan Troutman I’ve NEVER had a bad experience at Lipson STAFF sometimes may get busy with others , but my experience hasn’t been nothing but good and very friendly . I usually sleep through my treatment. People always want to find the bad in everything all situations are not perfect but the job gets done.

Danielle Dr mclanahan is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He takes both of my kids (age 5 and 2) he’s so helpful, down to earth and always taking his time with the care for my kids. We are so glad to have him as our kids pediatrician

MaKenna Bleier I love this office. I have had some scheduling issues in the past where I showed up and they did not know what I was there for. But besides that, I always get the best care. I never feel rushed. Doctor Gardner and Katherine Licata are amazing and really listen to my concerns. The secretaries are always so helpful and friendly as well.

Dr N Scott Dr. O is a fantastic doctor. He ensures that he takes the time needed to address your needs. He has been my doctor for many years. I have no complaints about his level of care or expertise. Everyone has their own experiences, and I will not downplay anyones feelings. However, for the comments that are overly negative, please be mindful that there is more than one side to those interactions.

Bruce Knowles Super nice doctors and staff. Did surgery on my recue dogs leg and now he is happy again walking and playing! All of our family go there for their pets. We were not paid to place this review, we know great care when we see it.

Grace L Dr Robbyn Upham provides bias care. She is unwelcoming and demeaning towards patients. She provided minimal assessment regarding very serious concerns that were later diagnosed. Due to Dr Upham’s poor assessment, I suffered significantly, much longer than I should have. Her response to my very serious medical concerns was to “ read a book”.

Stephanie Hare why seek medical care from your doctor when you can tune into the oprah network and get an ad for weight watchers which is what dr lavender is gonna recommend anyway edit: came to talk to dr lavender about concerns i have with my care (she is prescribing me a combo of drugs that arent supposed to be taken together, and in fact told another patient i spoke with that she would NOT prescribe them together bc theyre dangerous)–and instead of addressing ANY of my concerns, she vindictively misgendered me throughout the after visit note. Not sure she should be allowed to claim the "safe space" her little sticker says she is.

mrperrysgolfwhore WOW! This place was AWESOME when I was admitted! They gave me this ice pick in my eye and the procedure lasted only around 10 minutes! Really loved the electroshock therapy and the cold baths and hot baths! Very homey place. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Really helpful in my recovery from speaking a little too loudly! My exs uncles husbands mom put me in here because I disagreed with her once, and I have never been the same. Friends say Im really quiet now and always seem to be somewhere else mentally, probably an effect of the funny ice pick. Thanks for taking me in as a patient here!

angelique shorey my autistic brother has suffered, and been ovely drugged by these people.we need help to get him home.lawyers if they say he compdent they can do nothing.he not he is sweet kind and cant understand they are experimenting drug wise on him. they are useless go to catholic family center if u need help grade a place that truly cares. I would like to add to this. My is at DePaul Conerstone which is in the hospital but not affiliated with its actually care center for the elderly and sick. I never heard or seen anything questionable about the hosiptal. DePaul Cornstone is a separate enity. They are located through out Rochester and suppository take care of our mentally ill. Truly I think their soul purpose is to keep them there. My autistic brother has a beautiful home that was bought for him in summerville irondiquet ny. Sorry if I confused any one.

paul siciliano Had 8:50 A.M. Dr. appointed 2/19 cancelled by Reidman Health Ctr pediactrics at 6:50 A.M 2/19. They left voicemail while I was asleep. In the whole health care facility no one could replace the nurse practitioner who blew sick on the cold winter morning. I made the trip without looking at my phone. 2hrs notice to cancel an appointment is a failure on their part

Lencaleena I have had the worse experience of my life here. The doctors gaslight you, they tell you everything is somatic when even though after a year and a half I was found to have severe hashimotos, they still are telling my all my fatigue and hashimotos thyroiditis symptoms are somatic. They lie about what you and they say during appointments when they put it in the after summary notes. I decided I had enough and recorded my appointments, upon presenting this, they just shut me out, and want me to go to a new PCP. They are rude and complete liars. They have severe anchor/confirmation bias. Im at the point of filing malpractice lawsuit for what they have done. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, TRUST ME. They hate their patients as well. Edit: Dr naum Neem avoid him specifically, he is a horrible Doctor doesnt care if he sends you into a crisis by what he says to you or or his lies that affect your entire healthcare.

ShaNaye Shakir-Muhammad This review is of the PA (Becky Thomas) that I seen yesterday. This was an transfer/establish care visit. The reason I seen the PA first was because Dr. Stuber wasnt available until January for new patients. Check-in went great, the receptionist was kind and friendly. The wait time to be called in was only 3-5 minutes. The nurse was great as well she listened and was nice and comforting. I waited about 5 minutes before the PA, Becky came in. She came in with an attitude and was rushing. She told me that they were 45 minutes behind. She asked me questions about my health and other things but she never physically examined me! I have a wound that needed to be looked at she refused to put on gloves to examine it, I had to remove the bandage myself to show her it. When I got home I checked the notes she had written about my visit. Not only were they wildly inaccurate, she made up answers to questions she never asked me!

Jennie Barchet Extremely disappointed in this place. My husband is a patient of Dr. Stubors and has said wonderful things. I had an appointment this morning with Becky because I believe I have a UTI . The appointment was originally for Tuesday but it was booked incorrectly so they changed it to today. I just received a phone call saying they have to cancel it because I am not s patient and their advice was to go to Urgent Care. I could have done that earlier and probably be feelinguch better. What gross incompetence!!

alicia marie The Rehab therapists are the only reason this is getting any stars. Most of the nurses are careless and don’t want to work. They are short staffed. Lights will go off for hours. The food is disgusting. Things will ONLY get done if you have a STRONG advocate. Other wise u are left to rot.

David Kaiser We were very happy with my fathers experience on Faith 5 for the several months that he was there for rehab following a stroke. The speech, OT and PT therapists did a great job working with him and he was markedly better upon his departure than when he arrived. He had a goal of attending Thanksgiving dinner with the family and the therapists even did a "dry run" with him helping him get into and out of a vehicle for practice and calling me to let me know how to best assist him on Thanksgiving day. The day went perfectly. The facility is fascinating and clean, my father liked the food and the staff were helpful and pleasant to work with. Would not hesitate to place a loved one there in the future should the need arise. Thank you to all MCH workers who worked with my dad!

Cindy Haynes This is regarding URMC Billing Dept. only--NOT the medical care. After filing a billing harassment complaint with the Integrity/Compliance Office, the matter was taken care of very quickly. As instructed, I will NOW forward all future bills to--Patient Relations rather than the Billing Dept. It amazes me that one has to file a formal complaint to get URMC Billers to do their job. After filing the complaint, the very next day URMC billers submitted my bill to the CORRECT insurance address that I and BCBS had given them (MANY times in the past) and the bill was paid immediately. The day I contacted the Office of Integrity/Compliance, I actually received a THIRD bill during a 7-day period. This unscrupulous behavior is particularly bothersome as we pay over $1000/month for our insurance. URMC needs to change billing companies now or these people need further education. Im seriously wondering where you get these people. I would like to be paid for all the time I spend trying to school these people on how to do their jobs. They are unable to follow ONE simple instruction--send the bill to the correct address which I provide them with. I do not have time for this nonsense--Im a caretaker 6 days a week. I deal with Rochester Regional, a Dental Practice, and Lattimore Physical Therapy. How is it that they can get it right every time?! No reply is necessary. Please dont try to come up with any excuses. There is no way to spin this. I give them the correct address and they just cant be bothered. This has been going on for years. There is nothing more to say on this subject other than get rid of these uneducated, lazy (maybe illiterate?) billers.

I have never had such a difficult time in my life with a person who is seemingly deliberately trying to make things go wrong. This is new. This person is using whatever influence she can to make it impossible for me to fix the problem.

From the moment I was admitted, they kept me well-informed about my treatment, ensuring I always knew what was happening. They went above and beyond to keep me comfortable, checking in regularly and addressing any concerns I had. And let’s not forget the quick snack deliveries—they were lifesavers! The kindness, professionalism, and efficiency of the entire team truly made a stressful experience much easier to handle. Thank you all!

Gissel Delmonte The worst experience l have ever!! From moment l arrived, the people in front treated me badly, l felt discriminated against. There was no one waiting and after almost an hour, l had to stop to ask when they were going to call me, the gentleman answered me in an unfriendly way that they already knew I asked for a sheet because I was dring of chills , when they brought it to me he just put in on my lap and left. When “the supposed doctor “ came, he asked me why I had come , he didn’t even let me finish explaining and he just took off his gloves and left. They only gave me Tylenol & ondasetron for nausea and EKG, which after doing it , they didn’t take off the patches . They told me they were going to give me abvil and after almost and hour , I had when everyone was making jokes at the counter , l asked for water , and they never gave it to me. Then came the worst person who treated me ! I don’t even know they have him working there because he’s so unfriendly and he just told me that they weren’t going to do anything else to me and that he didn’t know where my symptoms came from! I told him that I was leaving and turned his back on my. And just told him terrible service! I would never go back to this emergency room , and much less recommend it!!!
