Ben Green I can’t thank the staff enough for their incredible care during my stay after a severe asthma attack. From the moment I was admitted, they kept me well-informed about my treatment, ensuring I always knew what was happening. They went above and beyond to keep me comfortable, checking in regularly and addressing any concerns I had. And let’s not forget the quick snack deliveries—they were lifesavers! Gissel Delmonte The worst experience l have ever!!
From moment l arrived, the people in front treated me badly, l felt discriminated against.
There was no one waiting and after almost an hour, l had to stop to ask when they were going to call me, the gentleman answered me in an unfriendly way that they already knew
I asked for a sheet because I was dring of chills , when they brought it to me he just put in on my lap and left.
When “the supposed doctor “ came, he asked me why I had come , he didn’t even let me finish explaining and he just took off his gloves and left.
They only gave me Tylenol & ondasetron for nausea and EKG, which after doing it , they didn’t take off the patches .
They told me they were going to give me abvil and after almost and hour , I had when everyone was making jokes at the counter , l asked for water , and they never gave it to me.
Then came the worst person who treated me !
I don’t even know they have him working there because he’s so unfriendly and he just told me that they weren’t going to do anything else to me and that he didn’t know where my symptoms came from!
I told him that I was leaving and turned his back on my.
And just told him terrible service!
I would never go back to this emergency room , and much less recommend it!!!
