Avery Leider: I am a disabled veteran and have been seen at the Goshen VA Clinic regularly since 2016. The care there has always been excellent. It is a small clinic, so you have to adapt to their resources, like, that the lab work is only done in the mornings, and the My Healthy Vet self-service kiosk doesnt work, but the reception staff have always been very good.
Rick Essig: Saw an eye doctor Dr. Kasnic he diagnosed me with a cyst on the inside of my eyelid. The earliest appointment i could get for the surgery he said I needed was almost 5 months. I went to a different Dr and she diagnosed me with an ingrown eyelash.. she told me to look up hold still and plucked it out in less than 5 minutes immediate relief instead of the two weeks of hell and pain Dr. Kasnic put me through with his mis diagnosis even the other Dr said how could he of missed that. Should be zero stars and maybe go back and learn your craft
jean cassels: I’ve used Excel urgent care on a few occasions, and I’ve always had a good experience with little or no wait times. The ability to make an appointment online is very convenient.The staff is pleasant and efficient, including the receptionist, the triage person and the nurse practitioner. I saw NP Gray who was friendly, caring and professional. She listened as I explained my health issue, performed an examination and explained the prescriptions that she was going to order for me so that I was clear about how the medications would address my issue. I appreciate the care I received and would recommend Excel urgent care.
Byron Landry: As you can see from the stars Thats how I know Dr Lance Siegel is the finest man in his field Ive trusted him with my life and my family not only for his expertise but also his compassion empathy he and his staff. he has helped me through dark times. In 2023 I had the misfortune of being in Garnet medical hospital because my surgeries had turned into a disaster but at the time I was in my room he was passing My surgeries had nothing to do with him he saw I was there he took the time to come in say hello other doctors will bill you if they come in and talk to you Ive seen it happen he was not about the money he was there for me it gave me (HOPE)at a time that he didnt even know about my situation please believe me you can have trust in Dr Lance Siegel and his staff and remember they do a job that they still need to hear thank you for your service there is honor in what they have done and do anyone can have a bad day no offices is perfect Make sure you give them a call the next day someone will make it right
