Iris Kim This is one of my favorite nail spots around my area. Everyone is super friendly and nice. I got a pedicure recently and they did such a great job. My toes look so clean and the polish was just perfect. My nail technician gave me a great foot massage as well. The service here was impeccable. I highly recommend!

Carolina I had very good service at accent nails!! I’m a regular at this salon over the summer and they never fail to amaze me and feel confident in my manicures. They do my nails exactly the way i suggest my photos to them, and they always do it comfortably and with excellent and respectful service.

Jalyssa Flores My experience here was terribly bad in several occasions. It’s over priced in this place on top they expect you to tip.. when really tipping isn’t a requirement it’s a privilege, that’s exactly what I told the lady in the front desk. Age was awfully rude! She actually chased after me out of the salon which number one as a business owner or manager, you cannot do, very unprofessional. She chased out to me in the parking lot continuously asking for the tip and insisting to send the tip in Zelle, Venmo or cashapp! Mind you my service was already paid!!!!!!! I literally told her you continue to follow me while I get inside my car I will call the police on you for harassment. I will never go there again. They expect you to tip when again a tip is not a requirement. I told her if this is something you want to put into your services then have it required in your packages! But please do not harass people for money it’s so rude and disgusting.

kaitlyn W. I had my gel nails removed here and the lady drilled my nails off. I had this happen before at another place and waited 5-6 months for them to grow back to normal. Instead of soaking them off and being gentle, they rush you by completely drilling the gel AND your real nails off. Do NOT go here if you care about your nail health.The white growth near my cuticle is how my nails SHOULD look. But the majority of the nail is red because they literally drilled my nails off.

Sheila pearson I thought I found my forever after being spoiled for 13 years @ Riva spa. I’ve been to several b4 this one and wanted to love it and my nail tech ill name he K. K had very little personality and tried on a couple of occasions to milk me (I guess because I was a good tipper). Well I had to leave this one and I really believe she did not want me as her customer. Unfortunately I did feel as if I didn’t belong

Lisa Plotkin I have ben getting hard gel extension manicures religiously for 2 yrs. I have gone to two places on the regular which were fine enough. However, the nails I received here were stellar. The time taken to perfect the shape really shows. I usually have some subtle design but went with a nude/pink this time so the manicure shines. Im so excited to have found my new forever place.

Dayna Restrepo Services are always well done here, my nails always look great and last a long time. The level of work they do is excellent. However, I cannot give 5 stars because contrary to other reviews i see her, staff is never friendly and feels somewhat patronizing when I come in. The vibes always feel like Im putting them out by walking in. They also consistently add on costs that arent listed or told to me at the time of requesting service. Ill continue going to them because they do great work, but it isnt a pleasant environment.

Catherine Salas Im not the type to jump and write a stellar review on locations only because everything or everyone has their flaws but, in this case I most definitely have to provide my thoughts on. This is place deserves more than 5 stars. They have amazing personnel and the work they do is amazing. So professional and they deliver every time! Its a bit pricy but, I will pay as much needed to get such and amazing experience. I hope this never changes and they have permanently become my go to spot when my nails need care. I hope everyone else choose them as well.

anonimo anonimo My husband took my daughter (she is 10years old) they were on a time crunch because they we’re closing soon so they had 2 women(linda and another woman) and linda pushed my daughters hand to show the woman how it looked also in the end my daughter showed me a cut that she made with the nail file. I was not happy with the service, not recommended.

Diane Kain I’ve always enjoyed going to Art Nails. The employees are always very friendly. They always keep the place very clean. There always finding fun new things to do with our nails. New colors, new designs. I would highly recommend Art Nails!

Freeway Digital Valinhos Today earlier I was there. It was my first time doing nails there. I am never coming Back. I wanna share my experience. I payed $95 dollars. $85 in nails and $10 in tips to get my hands tapped on the whole time. I felt harassed and I thought about walking away many times during the session. This person that attended me was tapping my hand the whole time in such a disrespectul and invasive way. She would tap and say relax, relax and tap my hands I had to ask her to stop. Also she would push my hand Back in such indelicate way i asked her to stop because I was feeling uncomfortable. I didn’t see other manicures tapping other people hands. I wonder what that was about. Also I payed so much for a defective Service. She didn’t make sure my nails were correctly shaped and polished. I feel very invaded by this experience.

Demi Diamantis I have been coming to get my nails done here for over a year religiously every two weeks. Michelle is one of the best nail techs I’ve had, and she is always consistent and takes her time doing my nails exactly the way I like them! After my last experience with Stacy I can no longer justify spending over $100 for my nails every two weeks at an establishment that has 0 respect for a loyal customer no matter how much I love how Michelle does my nails. Between Stacy and the owner, they are constantly rushing her while she does my nails and having to finish my appointment for her just to have her go to the next customer even though I always have/make an appointment with her. After numerous times, I finally said something to Stacy and I am still shocked at how disrespectful and rude her response to me was. Stacy and the owner have 0 sense of customer service or respect for their returning customers - it is disgusting. I will no longer be supporting a business like this.

Trish Lattanzio Allison = Amazing! Been going to her for years and never disappointed. I hired her to do my and my bridesmaids makeup at my wedding and it was OUTSTANDING -- truly flawless. Allison is a knowledgeable and talented esthetician; the best around. Very COVID-conscious and keeps an extremely clean and sanitized spa (even before this pandemic). You must check her out -- any service will do, but the facials are heavenly! Treat yourself today!

Alyse Faith I have to shout out the amazing Allison Beth @ Balance Day Spa in White Plains. I went in today for my pre-wedding facial & my skin is absolutely GLOWING!!! I’ve known Allison for more than 6 years now and she is the consummate professional. Her offices are immaculately clean, she’s super personable, is highly skilled & uses the top of the line organic Eminence line of products (and doesn’t skimp like some places I’ve been to- ahem RR). The difference is HUGE between what you get at the chain spas and the individual service you get at Balance Day Spa. She is truly passionate about her work and it shows. She remembers all my kids names and even asked about my dog! Thank you for everything as always ❤️

Shannon MacGiffert Ive been going to Balance Day Spa for over 6 years. The team there is professional, respectful and do a great job on waxing and facials. They also have a many other services as well. Its a clean and comfortable environment where the spa owner, Allison, doesnt compromise on quality. Highly recommend going here!

I have been looking for a decent threader who can tint in White Plains, NY. Extremely glad I found her, place is clean and atmosphere is peaceful. Do not hesitate (there is plenty of parking) go try her for yourself, she is awesome!!!

brittany holmes Went for the first time to Karen and Im so happy! She did my eyebrows perfectly without me having to tell her anything. She was quick, efficient, and had a good hand since I felt nothing for most of it, and even with my more "sensitive" side it wasnt bad! I will definitely continue to go to her in the future, this was very much one of the best experiences Ive had when it comes to threading.

Kristina I was so nervous for my new eyelash application! I saw April. She was very professional and kind. I think I even dozed off during the appt. They have to tape the eyes shut so it feels funny but it doesnt hurt at all. It took about an hour. April was very gentle. I am ✨thrilled✨ with the results. I wanted a very natural look. They look better than I could have expected!! I also got an eyebrow waxing. Quick and easy!

Christina Morgan Con: Poor decorum I purchased a Groupon for my visit and disclosed this during my time of booking. The person who I booked the appointment with did not mention that Groupon is for only Monday and Tuesday. So, i was upset that it wasn’t mentioned at the time of scheduling. It does specify on Groupon, and I did overlook so I continued with my service at regular price. After i was finished. I was chased a block away for a tip. How unpleasant and harassing. Tips are discretionary and not mandatory. If you want a tip, one should do more, go above the job. Maybe the issue is not the client but the owner failing to pay workers appropriately. I don’t know, but I work for my money that is taxed, and I CHOOSE to Tip when the quality and service is ABOVE the original service paid for. If this is a tip based job please state that. Pros: i did like my lash and it did last

Alexa Porras I came here with my friend and did they did an okay job. One of my eyes looks great whereas the other eye has half of the lashes barely curled. I was not mad at the service itself, it was okay and I probably would have gone back if it wasnt for their complete unprofessionalism. There was a misunderstanding with my friend where they added lash tint when thats not what she wanted at all. Instead of trying to correct the issue and come to a common understanding, what Im assuming is the owner argued back and forth with my friend and tried to pull up the surveillance camera video which did not help the situation whatsoever. Completely unprofessional. After this happened, we both did not feel like we wanted to leave a tip based on this bad experience and the owner literally chased us out into the lobby to try to make us give her a tip. I was planning on tipping regardless, but due to the unprofessionalism I witnessed, I decided I did not want to but was basically harassed by the owner chasing us out to the point where I eventually gave her the tip to leave us alone. Would’ve gone back if it wasn’t for this experience.

Jennifer Innabi Were nice until they realized I just wanted my acrylics taken off. Tracy wanted me to get a polish to harden my nails and I said no thank you as I was getting acrylics tomorrow. She immediately said “you know they can take it off for you” referring to my nail salon. I stated I know but three nails fell off and I have to go to work before my appointment. She immediately got up and said someone else will finish it. Eva completed my “manicure” within 3-5 minutes. They knew I was coming in for a manicure, no polish as I called before coming in. She attempted to put the hardening nail polish on me and I said no thank you explaining that I would be putting acrylics on tomorrow and she responded “1 day?” Referring to not having nails on. I still paid $25 and tipped Eva $10 because I was willing to pay full for everything even though I was not getting the full service. They were very surprised and rude for people that received a call explaining exactly what I needed/wanted done. What they failed to realize is that I work very close by and was going to become a regular customer for pedicures. Due to the way they treated me I will never return and will also tell all my colleagues of my negative experience, especially with Tracy. My “thorough” manicure is below.

Maya Niznikiewicz Tracy did my nails today. She was very nice and welcoming. I really like how she did my nails. This was my first time getting acrylics at Kiwi Nail and I was not disappointed. I wish they had a website with all of their services and prices. I feel like that would help a lot. Other than that, I recommend Kiwi and definitely will come back to Tracy.

Emma Iredale This has been my go-to nail salon for years! Vivian is amazing and so personable; Even if you’ve been a long time client or walking in for the first time, you will be taken care of! I recommend calling or making an appointment online. You can always walk in but you might need to wait (like most nail salons) as they are a popular spot! I always come in with crazy designs and they never miss! The gold set in my photos was done by Yuki (who pays attention to detail and makes it perfect every time!). I’ve also gotten gel pedicures here and have wonderful experiences every time. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Mamaroneck/Westchester area!

Lauren Henn I did a gel manicure, chair massage, and lip wax. This is not a fancy place but it’s clean and gets the job done well. The gel manicure was great and better than other places I’ve had where it starts to lift after two weeks.

Lola Ferrara I recently tried out Cindys Nail Salon in Harrison and had the pleasure of working with Maria as my nail tech. I’ve never had my nails done this well before! She took her time with every detail, making sure each finger was perfect. Even for my pedicure, she was a true perfectionist. Danielle Misuriello This place I usually find the workers very friendly but I was not pleased today when I went in for a lip wax. The worker who did my lip she said to me you should have your eyebrows done too, you need it. I found that comment extremely rude and disrespectful. She should not be passing judgment on any customer at all thats horrible customer service in my opinion. They are usually very friendly the workers but I wasnt pleased at all today with the lady who did my lip wax. The lady had short hair and glasses I sadly couldnt get her name I am not going back to this nail place again they just lost a customer.

Keitlyn almazan I recently visited this nail salon for a simple manicure, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the service. First off, the nail technician seemed to rush through the process. They applied the nail polish but didn’t put on enough coats, which I didnt notice until I left the salon. I had to go back to get another coat, which shouldnt be necessary if the technician knew what they were doing. During the appointment, I also felt a bit uncomfortable. I didnt understand what one of the technicians was saying, and another technician, who was working on someone elses nails, seemed to make fun of me. This was really embarrassing. To make things worse, the nail polish they used was supposed to be long-lasting, but it started coming off way too soon. When I tried to remove it with regular nail polish remover, it wouldnt come off. I ended up having to file down the nail polish, which I dont think is normal at all. The nail polish was being a real pain to come off. It started getting all messy after the appointment, and I thought it was supposed to be dry by then. But nope, I had to file them down to get rid of it. Honestly, that just doesnt seem right, does it? Overall, the service was just okay, but the quality of the manicure was poor. I wont be returning to this salon.

Carolina Ramos I just moved to Harrison and was looking for a place to get my usual Hard Gel manicure (not many places do it). So I walked in and was immediately greeted by all at the establishment. I asked if they provided the service to which a nice gentleman (Jason) replied that they do. I came in with 6 week old hard gel and needed a lot of TLC! I received the BEST service I have ever received in a nail Salon today at Cocoa!!!!!! Staff was super nice, respectful, kind and ATTENTIVE!!!! Jason took his time with my nails and made sure they were perfect! I am so in love with my nails, the service, the cleanliness!!!!! I am even more in love with how close to home it is!!!! They have a rear parking lot as well with a rear entrance so if Halstead Ave is busy no worries they have more than enough parking! Oh and let me not forget the complimentary massage to die for!!!!!!!! Love love love it here
