The receptionists and doctor’s assistants were very nice and friendly. Doctor was very professional and friendly and right away put me at ease. There was something very cozy and special about this office you need to try it for yourself.

I get pretty anxious about dental appointments, but from the second I walked in, I felt way more relaxed. Ashley at the front desk was super friendly and made everything easy. Tamar, the hygienist, was so gentle and explained everything as she went, which really helped calm my nerves. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They also have some great amenities like aromatherapy, TV, and headphones, which definitely made the experience more relaxing. The whole team really went out of their way to make me feel at ease. I’d totally recommend Columbus Park Dental, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous at the dentist!

5 /5 Neal: The best dentist I’ve ever been to! The whole team at Columbus Parks office is super friendly, hospitable, and professional. Dr. Singh helped me tremendously with my Invisalign treatment as well as routine dental care. She really takes the time to explain everything, such as treatment options or expectations, providing considerate options so you know what’s going on and can make informed decisions on the best care—which I appreciate a lot. I felt totally comfortable and my treatments were always painless and careful. Plus, I love the TV setup during treatment. Just a lot of careful though went into the overall experience and I think people will appreciate the details. I still happily continue my treatment despite moving another borough away. If you’re looking for a great dentist who truly cares, I highly recommend Dr. Singh and her team!

5 /5 Michael Bruno: My first appointment was today. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Singh made me feel comfortable and explained the procedure, asked me if I had any questions or concerns. The hygienist and dental assistant were both were excellent and were very patient with me. The front desk staff were patient with me also. They went out of their way for me and scheduled an appointment the next day.

As someone who fears going to the dentist, I can attest that the environment was very calming (especially the ceiling TVs with headphones) and the staff was very supportive. Dr. Singh, Dr. Patel and Ana, the dental assistant, were all very approachable and made me feel informed and cared for.

It all began with his website that was easy to navigate and set up my first appointment, to the sales staff, and all the dental assistants were always available to help and answer questions. The appointment notifications came regularly with reminders of your upcoming visit. Lastly, Dr. Kaplansky was very personable, always greeted you by your first name when ever he came into the examining room. He fully explained the procedure that was going to take place that day so I really did not have any questions. All in all a wonderful experience.
