Everyone with whom I have had contact, including reception, hygienists and Dr. Kim herself have been thoughtful, kind, upbeat and very professional. As a person who was formerly apprehensive of dental work and loved my former dentist and staff, I am happy to feel comfortable once again.

Went in for a routine cleaning and the hygienist (Heather) remembered from last time some areas that needed a little extra scaling/cleaning and very friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Kim was outgoing and did a detailed exam. Front desk and dental assistants were efficient and friendly. So grateful for this practice not only for myself but for my whole family. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Angelika St.Laurent: Im a patient with Comprehensive Dentistry for a bit over a year now. I found office visits easy to schedule, with relatively little wait time. There is a very pleasant tone of interaction between patients and care providers, but also between care providers among each other (as far as a patient notices at least) The dentists are relatively young professionals, who are comfortable using technology I havent seen in other dental offices. They take great care to record their work, taking photos at crucial steps during the process. All work done so far went very well. The semiannual dental hygiene appointments were efficient, as well. The office requires payment at the time of visit, but are very helpful filing claims with the insurance company for reimbursement.

5 /5 Leann Kanda: My previous dentist ghosted me during the pandemic, so I was a year out on having a cleaning (which sadly meant two fillings needed). I went to the Twin Sheep office in downtown. Front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Ray were all friendly, interactive, and responsive to my comfort and wellbeing. I appreciate that they were willing to talk through all the details of what was being done, satisfying my scientist self. I had no real wait between appointment times and being seen. Cleaning and filling appointments were all conducted quickly but not rushed - it just felt efficient and competent. Ive now clean teeth and two fillings I cant really even tell are there. Im happy to have my next cleaning booked with them.

On my first visit, everyone introduced themselves and made me feel right at home. Dr. Zax was very thorough and straightforward, did not rush me and made sure I was comfortable. She made an excellent treatment plan and answered all my questions. I feel her work is very reasonably priced and her staff is fantastic. A special shout out to hygienist Deb, she is gentle, sweet and thorough. Very encouraging too!

abbys crafty corner teeter: Friendly staff...you pay for what you get...he has fixed several teath from previous work from other dentist... not pushy in any way to have work done . You go when you are ready and comfortable... great for fixing fillings crowns and ect. I highly recommend him over many dentist that are well known in the area ..he has had to fix a lot of issues they did incorrectly....will never go anywere else ...in addition you can call and ask them how much a cleaning will be or filing..like I said I would rather pay and have them done correctly than have a filling fall out several times in the past from previous dentist ...he takes good pride in his work !!♡♡

Michael von Dengler: I had two lower wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Scott Noren. Dr. Scott Noren and his team explained everything before the surgery, and it put me at ease. Im 42 years old and Im on the older range for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Scott Noren did amazing job with the surgery. I really didnt feel any soreness with the surgery for a couple of days. There was not too much blood and the stiches in the back of my mouth looked to be flawless to perfect. In my mind with some of the research I did on this surgery and my age he did a way above average surgery on my wisdom teeth. Im amazed on how the healing process appears to be going fast. Dr. Scott Noren called me after his office hours to see how Im doing. I told him Im doing much better than I expected. I feel Dr. Scott Noren is an amazing, gifted surgeon in his field, and you cannot go wrong utilizing him and his team. Thank you, Dr., Scott Noren! You have instilled faith in me. Someone who has not had too much faith in the medical industry in the past.

Marcie Lanham: Dr. Kelly and all of the other staff at this office are amazing. My whole family goes here and we have all had nothing but great experiences. My 4 yr old recently had to have some fillings and Dr. Kelly was so patient with him, even despite his reluctance to cooperate at times. She went above and beyond to help him (and me) with a procedure that is not very fun for little ones. I highly recommend her and Dental Spa of the Finger Lakes!

Carrie Deng: Warning! Over-treatment. Imprudent examinations and operations. There is no disclose of what are their treatment plans, and neither there is a discussion with the patient about their plans prior to arrange you an aggressive treatment. You only realized something off when they actually destroyed your tooth nerves through their over-treatment. My tooth become more sensitive and inflamed after they aggressively removed my part of good tooth for some unknown reasons. But previously i was only agreed to replace the filling! Also, they over-sell you extra chargeable service in the middle of the service that is covered by your dental insurance. I was asked to buy their oral-cancer examination in the middle of the routine cleaning. If you don’t buy or refuse their treatment, they pulled a long face in front of you! Also their routine cleaning is lesser and incomplete compared to other dentals I have yearly been. Don’t come here if you want to save your tooth.

Acahti dental took care of the problem professionally, promptly, and most important to me painlessly. I have been to other dentists in the area and have not been satisfied with their work. I’ve had bad experiences before at dentists who just try to get everything done as fast and hack as possible, but here the doctor really took time to make sure that my teeth looked nice, felt good, and would work with my Invisalign. Her filling color matching is so good I can’t even tell it’s a filling!

Shanana Nanana: I just recently had 2 of my wisdom teeth taken out. Before my appt. I was careless and didnt get my meds until sunday and came to realize i didnt have all the prescriptions i needed for the day of. The surgeon on his day off made it so i could get them right away. They made sure I understood everything that was going to happen before and after the surgery. They were great when I had to come back in and get my holes packed. I had to take my twin 2 yr Olds with me and they were so good to us while we were there. Very helpful. Could not have asked for a better place to take care of me. Definitely recommend them and I really dont like going to the dentist lol.
