1 /5 Jodie Pillius-MacKrell: Dont bother making an appointment - I think the only reason they give you this choice is to lure you there so you wont go to another urgent care. I made an appointment the day before for an ear issue and when I got there, there was a notice in the window saying it was currently taking 2 hours to get in. I told them I had an appointment, and within 15 minutes, they got me to the person who does the vitals. Then, I sat and sat. Everyone around me was coughing... It was insane. I normally go to Orange Urgent Care and I should have this time. I am sitting here, an hour after my appointment time, and there is no indication that anyone will be seeing me anytime soon. I will probably end up getting sick though for spending so much time sitting around with all the others.

There was still 6 people in front of me waiting for check in...I left, Went to Orange Urgent Care (2 min away from CRHC,its behind the old OrangeRegional Pavillion, next to State police building) got there at 8:40 am.I Saw the PA,wound culture done dressing applied and,2 antibiotics ordered. I literally was done by 9am. I would have still been waiting online at crystal run urgent care... This. Urgent care has never been great.You wait forever. Something needs to change. The only reason I Initially went to crystal runs urgent care is because I had surgery and I knew they would have my records

4 /5 Danielle Mary: Was a longer wait as expected but also went on a Saturday and needed blood work and X-rays done. Dr Weissman was very informative and didnt feel like she was rushing us out and took her time explaining everything

1 /5 Mr Black: The service and care I have ever seen and received. I was for 4 hrs and watch patians go in and out around Me. Only 5 people in the waiting room mind. I have and object in my eyes and I had to walk out out and go to another hospital because they sat there and watched me in pain and offered no help at all just looked and laughs then laughed as I walked out pissed off and in pain. The whole emergency room needs to be fired and new people hired that can run that place correctly.

1 /5 Maia Harrison-Perez: The one star reviews are true. This place is the worst. Everyone working there has an attitude and treats you like you are bothering them. When I say everyone had an attitude, I mean everyone; from the front desk to the clinical staff. I saw Victoria Gorelova, and she was in and out of my room in about 2 minutes. Wrote me three prescriptions and tried to send me on my way. She was extremely inpatient and treated my questions as an annoyance. Take the time to go somewhere else.

Mickey Johnson: I met Dr. Ahmad while in the hospital for a wound that quickly went out of control due to my uncontrolled Type II diabetes. I made the switch to seeing him as my primary Endocrinologist, and with him my A1C dropped several points in a record amount of time. Absolutely the best Endo I have ever seen. Thank you Dr. Ahmad!

Sharlene Anderson: Front desk clerk Evelyn rude and not helpful. Upon initial approach she did not acknowledge that I was standing at her desk. After finally acknowledging me she asked for my insurance and sent a link to register for the scheduled appointment. After waiting serveral min she states there was an issue with my insurance (1199). She asked that we call the insurance company to confirm it was active, I asked her to also call while we were calling, she replied they (the insurance)will not speak to her. Lie number 1.. as there is a provider number .. she finally calls after i attempted to call the provider portion, she hung up saying there was a 20 min wait and she had calls to make and patients to attend to.. we were the only patients in the waiting room, lie 2..., said she had calls to make to contact patients, but didnt make one call, lie 3. I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling my baby to coming here. After waiting 42 min she finally calls someone to find out there is an issue with the system. Very unprofessional. As a new patient this was not a great experience I would never recommend anyone to come here.

As a property owner, I attempted to work with him to obtain the required septic approval from the Department of Health. Unfortunately, his incompetence and rude behavior led to tremendous damage and unnecessary headaches. *Key Issues:* - *Unprofessional Behavior:* His behavior was consistently rude and unprofessional, making it difficult to work with him. - *Failure to Communicate:* He did not provide clear communication or updates on the projects status, leading to further frustration. In addition the time frame on getting approval are extremely long hard to believe that we still have this kind of bureaucracy. I strongly advise against working with James Sturomski. His behavior and actions demonstrate a clear lack of professionalism and competence. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid similar situations and that the Department of Health will take steps to reform and provide better service to the public.

They say they take people according to severity but I saw a guy taken in with a black eye who came out 30 minutes later just so he can take up a bed that my husband with a possible appendicitis can wait. They go by how well your insurance is. The second shift RN, Jennifer B. Is rude and nasty.

Steve Kos: I would not recommend this doctor. He failed to diagnose my case of frozen shoulder, a very common ailment. The second doctor I went to, at the Hospital for Special Surgery (the top rated orthopedic practice in the country), said I had unmistakable symptoms of it. Although the MRI Id gotten through Wiener showed a partial rotator cuff tear, the second doctor said that that was not what I was suffering from. Wiener also offered me nothing for the pain I was experiencing, and when I asked about physical therapy, he told me it would be a waste of time. The second doctor gave me an instruction sheet for a series of stretching exercises I could do at home (standard treatment for frozen shoulder), and recommended a cortisone shot to reduce inflammation. Not only did it alleviate the pain, but it enabled me to do the exercises more effectively. When I started out, I couldnt raise my arm to the side above my waist, or reach around behind my back to pull a belt around, for two examples. Within two months, I had regained most of my range of motion, and within another month I was virtually back to normal. Aside from his bad diagnosis and total lack of a treatment plan, I found Wiener personally to be extremely unpleasant. He was cold, short, arrogant, dismissive, and argumentative. In trying to understand what was going on with my shoulder, there was one question I asked him to which he replied - What difference does that make? With the same amount of breath, he could have just answered it. Seriously, find a different doctor. The other guy I went to was Tony Wanich. He has an office in Saddle River, NJ. A little bit out of the way but totally worth it.

Brianna Best: From check in to picking up our daughters medication was 30 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about the check in staff, Jessica the RN, and NP Nicholas Acierno. Our toddler has a fear of anything medical and they were all so patient. Its hard having a sick kid and having great/understanding staff makes all the difference on a holiday weekend. Each and every time we are blown away with how great your urgent care staff are but today really stood out to us. Thanks again for helping our peanut feel better!
