This family owned business was incredibly friendly, provided quick service, and delivered high-quality work at a very reasonable price. They took the time to ensure everything was done right, and the car looks and runs great. It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop that is both efficient and honest. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and professional car repairs!

Michael Lenig You couldn’t ask for a better group of people who exhibit superior customer service and a skill set like no one else around. Needed quick service before an out of town trip and they took me right in - assessed my truck and needed maintenance - provided me a quote and allowed me to decide what to do and where to go…even if it wasn’t with them. They didn’t charge for the assessment and gave an honest explanation and quote. Even showed me what was wrong so I could see first hand. Their actions, friendly atmosphere, transparency, and integrity has gained them a customer for life. A special shout out to Dave and Denny for the understanding, quick turnaround and quality service. Same for those who worked on the truck!

Keon Glenn 2nd time taking my car up there. The 1st was during the winter. My heater was blowing cold air. Took them almost 2 weeks to fix it. They 1st replaced a part that shouldve been replaced. Didnt check for issue, just took my word on what I thought was wrong and just started work. Had to take it back to them. Didnt even get a proper record on what was actually fixed. I figured Id give them a 2nd chance yesterday when my car wouldnt start. Brought it to them by 3:30 and was told it would be looked at the next day. I called around 10am to check to see if they got it in and was told they wouldnt get to it today. Starting off just like the last time. Then said he never told me they could get to my car today. They were banking on me being stuck and having to leave it there. I grabbed my car and took it somewhere else. They act very FUNNY there. My wife can take her car up there and get it back the next day with no issues. With me, its very unprofessional and a lot of playing dumb.

jacob recker Owner is a complete scam artist. When confronted about charging for work he actually didnt do he got irate and told me to leave.

Roseann Webb I have been coming here for a few years now. Luke and his team are great and they are good people. They always throughly explain exactly what is going on with my cars to me and do what they can to save me money when they have to fix things. If you want honest hard working mechanics, look no further!

BHA read this first, DONT RECOMMEND, Showed up for appointment, guy freak out and screamed at me for being early. He was out of control. it was scary it was crazy and confusing. I felt unsafe I left. been going there for 20 years. not again.

Nick Brewer I rented a uhaul cargo trailer. The trailer hitch ball on my truck was too big and RUSTED on. Not only did the Dayferts remove the seized ball hitch from my truck. He did this on his break and free of charge. This was not an easy task. I greatly appreciated it. Thank you!

We dealt with John through the whole process and he handled everything for us without any problems. Always there to answer any questions with quick response to our calls. Cassidy Mcghee I was recommended to Mels service when I reached out to another local mechanic for an appointment that happened to be closing down. I am a young woman just learning about cars on my own and was trying to find a reliable, honest mechanic. I have taken my Chevy Cruze to Mels service multiple times for work and diags. I had been taking my car to the dealership but felt like I was being taken advantage of. John (I believe) was always honest and upfront and took care of any problems I have had. The most recent time I took it in for a diag on an oil leak, he had me come back twice throughout the week before telling me to go back to the dealership who had just previously worked on my car because I shouldnt have to pay after having this part replaced recently. I did not end up paying a penny for anything thanks to his advice.

David Cummings Had my car towed to Mel’s a couple weeks back. Had a low oil pressure warning coming up on the dash of my Chevy Cruze. Only took them about 3 days to diagnose it and work on it. They replaced the oil pressure switch and also fixed a coolant leak whilst they were at it. Price was fair and it was nice not having a mechanic/service writer try to upsell me on things and just fixing what needed to be fixed. Will be back.

Ana Schwartz I was rear ended and went to auto collision and glass and they did absolutely wonderful the car looks brand new inside and out. I was kept up to date through out the entire process and my car was done before its expected finish date. There receptionist was one of the sweetest people ever and all of the staff was very friendly.

Jacob Sink 5 stars isnt enough. Service is great. Dependable, Honest, and Efficient. Does all types of mechanics...Not just oil changes, inspections and brakes. Also a MC guy. I have been dealing with Dan for the past 10 years and havent had a bad experience. If you have a problem with your vehicles his son also had schooling for automotive. Evil Angel Gil (the owner) is a kind person, awesome mechanic, honest, and didnt stop trying to work on my car until he had the problem solved. Hes awesome with prices and will do his very best to assist someone. If he works on your vehicle, bring him a double double from Timmys. He deserves it! I will always take my vehicle to him from now on!

Donald Hangartner The owner Gill came to my house to help me with a problem with my truck, mind you I’ve never met him before but called him for help because he is a local small business owner and came highly recommended, he came to my house so I didn’t have to have it towed, and he showed up with a few hours notice and helped me and for a very fair cost did not take advantage of the situation I was in being stuck at my house with my truck in a million pieces, Says a lot about him and his character, after today I gained a new friend and a life long customer, highly recommend G & M to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle.

Joey Krebs So I’ve known Matt for a few years now. Always professional and nice which I know can’t be easy. Matt is a very capable smart young man that came from the bottom like a lot of us. He’s very honest. He works very hard. I just came from the Kenworth dealer in Pittsburgh. They wanted too charge me 17k dollars. After hours of diagnosis, they told me it was a wiring harness and that I needed a cam. I’m also a mechanic and knew these guys we’re probably wrong. 100% they were and I’m sure they knew they were. Went too Matt for help. Left his shop for 4k. He’s got the problem all wrapped up, professional the right way. Doesn’t try and rip me off. This is the reason the man has a bit of a wait. He’s worth every day too wait if your able. Bottom line is he deserves your business and he will fix your problem the right way cheaper than others. He deserves the success he has obtained. Hands down. I wouldn’t deal with anyone else.

Lauren Hedges My dad was a mechanic in the airforce and has been a mechanic since then. When he has too much work, the Haley brothers take on his jobs. He trusts them implicitly as they are beyond smart and completely honest. Would not consider another shop!! Thanks, guys!!!

John Parada Ive gone to Haley a few times now and have nothing but great things to say. Ive been to dozens of shops and Joe is by far the best. They call you with an estimate before they touch anything, the work quality is great, and he must have a great crew too because labor costs are never as high as I expect. I highly recommend Haley Auto for any work on your vehicles.

Katie B Caliber did my rear end collision repair after my car was hit. The whole process was overall so fast and they were easy to work with. The communication was clear and everything was clear from start to finish. The replaced panel and light look like factory parts. When I picked the car up, it was clear they took care of it when they had it. The inside was clean and the outside was perfect. Paul was so quick to respond when I reached out and he got my car back to me faster than their original estimate.

From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always kept me in the loop. Angie was a big help and went above and beyond helping me with this. She made me feel like we have known each other for a long time and that she genuinely cared about my car and me. I would recommend them to anybody who needs help with her car. Danielle Carmer Took my car there mistakenly last Spring after a horrible accident. I first blame the insurance company for not totaling the car considering the damage. I second blame PPR Auto for the lack of work they did and the shortcuts performed. As PPR didn’t connect everything correctly, the transmission blew and then had to be replaced entirely by a different shop (insurance company’s request.) Still a year later we are finding issues with the car that should have been addressed and weren’t.

Tokala Sirene (Sirene Tokala) Ya know its kinda sad and poor reflection of the company when you have been a customer for over 15 years. And then get talked about behind your back the entire time your there. Made fun of and woofed at as your leaving just because you have the gall to display your personal lifestyle by wearing something as simple as a dog collar. It really shows how immature and insecure the technicians are that they have to make fun of a customer in front of every other customer in the shop at the time. I guess ill start going to Monro across the street, never had any issues and theyve treated me with decency and respect. I refuse to support any business that harasses their customers because of what they look like, or what they wear. Im sure youll get far in life (not really). **Update #1 One of the owners called me directly to apologize for the behavior of the technicians. They said they they were investigating the incident and would follow up later on. Ill update my review from 1 star to 3 for management looking into the incident and addressing it. **Update #2 The owner did follow up and assure me that the matter has been resolved and offered a personal hand written apology and explanation of what they did to address the incident. More businesses need to take the time to connect with their customer and address issues as the owner did. It helps foster a sense that your a person and not just revenue. That you matter and they want you to be happy and keep coming back too their business.

Francisco Rodriguez We were in there for the first time for an state expectation and he told me that it had swollen lug nuts he said it would be $500 for 5 of them didn’t pass the car because of it went somewhere else it passed in 20 minutes… this place is a ripoff if I could give them a 0 star I would and I still had to pay.. that just means they jacked me for $21 regardless

Edward Perdoue III All of the people that work in the office and the shop are honest, kind and professional. The work is always affordable and timely. My vehicle is often ready the same day or the next. They are my go to shop and I couldn’t recommend them more.

IV IV “Chubbs” I came up for Valentine’s Day from Jersey. It was Saturday 3:30 AM when I was heading back and noticed I had a flat tire. I called Sunshine Auto Sales and Service. Asked Ahmed if they installed customer provided parts and how much would it cost me to have front end work down my Vehicle. He quoted me a great price and gave an hour window to bring him the vehicle. I did, he checked over my whole vehicle found another very important issue and advised me to get that fixed before heading back to NJ. I did authorize him to do the work and within 3 and half hours later. I was on my way back to Jersey. Mr. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure my trip back to Jersey was a safe one. AAA+++ service, wish there were more shops like this one! May God Bless you and your loved ones Mr. Ahmed. Thank you for your prompt and courteous service. You have a customer for life Sunshine Auto Sales & Service. Update!!! That Sunday, when I was getting ready to head back home. I ran into the an issue with my vehicle again. I called Ahmed to see if he could help me with the issue and he once again went above and beyond the call of duty to see to it that my trip back home went well.

Shawn dellario Dicarlos automotive has been great. Ive had my vehicle in on 3 occasions and my wifes on 1 and have been extremely pleased. The service has been great and done in a timely manner and prices are affordable. Nick is very honest and will not try to take advantage of you. I will be a customer for life. Thank you again.
