5 /5 Andru Kroening: I have been going here for a couple years now ever since I got my new car. They are reasonably priced for a first come first serve shop. Mostly just get oil changes and smaller stuff done here but have heard some people getting more major jobs done here as well. Wait times aren’t bad either. Recently all dealerships systems had been hacked making it more difficult to do paperwork and write ups, even w this annoying issue I was outta there in about an hour and a half for an oil change, spark plugs, manual transmission fluid flush and coolant flush.

1 /5 M M: Walk in. Staff are sitting down watching tv. Stood at the counter for several minutes. Finally get my car in. They lie and state the inspection wont pass and that I need parts I dont need. They never reattached ventilation to the engine and removed the fasteners for it. Took it to another dealer. They fixed it for the labor charge of one hour. Been here a couple times. Its fifty fifty on quality repairs. Overall annoyed. Will avoid this location in the future. Original review: Like every other west herr location, customer experiences vary day to day. West Herr continues to grow beyond itself and its branding by putting their own conveniences above their customers, marking up services, not honoring commitments, and utilizing questionable ethics. This did not happen 20 years ago.

Mark Champlin: After renting a Jeep last year while having my car repaired I knew that would be my next vehicle. I took a few days off of work to find one and within a few hours I saw this online at The Auto Store. They were the best! They handed me the keys and told me to take it for a drive. I declined the test drive because I had been up for about 18 hours having just got out of work that morning and he didnt push the issue. I looked it over and put some money down to hold it until the next day. I went back the following day and test drove it. I was extremely happy with the Jeep so Tom came out and looked at my trade and agreed to give me what I asked. I had financing in place but waited one more day to see if I would have second thoughts before I bought it. I was never pressured into doing anything faster than I wanted to. I called back on day 3 and set up a time to come in and swap vehicles. Everything was ready when I got there and while I signed the well explained paperwork, someone else was swapping the tags from my trade in to the Jeep. 3 months later I can say it is without a doubt its the best used vehicle and the best purchase experience I have ever had, and I am almost 60. I did upgrade the headlights, install a backup camera, and replace the door hinges with stainless steel as stock Jeep hinges tend to rust. This was because I wanted to, not because I needed to. I hope to have this Jeep for many years to come but if I do upgrade down the road I will go back. Thank you Tom and Jake for one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had. Give these guys a chance, its worth it!

Eric Borics: My cruise was shaking especially at high speeds, I called to make an appointment and they got me in right away. They explained to me that the belt in my tire has shifted and it could be very dangerous to drive on. I haven’t had tires done on my car in 4+ years so I figured I could have them do all 4. They told me they had to order tires so I decided to bring it back once they were in. I brought back in at 11 and when I peeked through the window i saw that the new back tires were already put on by 11:20 and was out before noon! Highly recommend especially for how quickly they got me in and out.
