1 /5 Ashley Dietrick: I hardly ever write reviews. Today was my first and last visit to this nail salon. My appointment was at 6:15 and I waited a long time to start. I didnt leave until 7:45. They took too many people and there was not enough staff. If that was the only problem, I wouldnt complain, it happens.
Once I was at a station, a tech threw (literally) a blue tab on the water that hit my toe and dyed it blue. This caused my nail tech to dig and dig and dig to get the blue off from around my big toenail from the water dye tablet. I asked for rounded short toe nails three times, never quite got there. My nail tech was not skilled compared to other nail salons I have been to and it shows in the end result. I tried saying things multiple times even though Im super uncomfortable complaining. Including at the very end when I pointed out to the manager/owner that she completely missed part of my pinky toe nail so he CUT IT OFF. Oh and she filed my nails after the gel was cured, which I know breaks the seal.
Pictures show poor finish, uneven toe nail shapes, and bizarrely cut off/ notched out pinky toe nail that was the owners response to me trying to show him how bad it was. Oh and still a little blue in the corner of my big toe. Just horrific. Never going back.
(Still paid and tipped because I am not a horrible human)
