5 /5 Amanda Miller: I had to find a new dentist as my previous dentist no longer accepts my insurance. I am happy I found Dr. Karounos and her team. Dr. Karounos and Shereen are quick, personable, and efficient. I had to return to have some cavities taken care of and suddenly got nervous beforehand, worried about getting a needle to pain management. I was pleasantly surprised that the discomfort was absolutely minimal and again I had a quick, easy appointment and was able to return to work afterwards. Shannon is also very knowledgeable about insurance and was able to prepare me as far as what to expect and I was able to plan my finances around each visit. I highly recommend this team!

5 /5 Maria Harrison: This is by far one of the "best" experiences I have had with a dental office in a long time. I was looking for a new dentist with more of a personalized experience vs. get them in and get them out with no real interest in you as the patient. I found just that with Dr. Maria, Shannon and Charice. Dr. Maria is top notch and knows her stuff. She has a very gentle approach and makes sure the patient is always comfortable. The office itself is modern and fresh and the atmosphere is welcoming. There is not a lot of waiting and everything has been very well planned. Shannon is super helpful and always greets you like she wants you there. Charice is one of the best. I can honestly say that I like going to the dentist! Its like visiting friends. Dr. Maria is a gem!

5 /5 Amanda Cadwallader: I recently moved (back) to the area and couldnt continue to commute to Long Island for dental appointments. Thankfully, I found Dental Village Associates. Dr. Karounos was so kind and patient with me as I am not the best recipient of dental work. Dr. Karounos was able to make me laugh and put me at ease during my cleaning and check up. Unfortunately, due to a cracked crown, I was in need of an extraction by an Oral Surgeon. The receptionist / office manager was a HUGE help and gave me options; she also went out of her way to help me get scheduled ASAP with the surgeon to avoid any further complications. Thankful to have found Dr. Karounos and her staff!

5 /5 Nicole B.: Dr. Karounos is the best! This is my third dentist since moving to the Hudson Valley and I am very happy with the customer service and attention to detail. She was able to fix an old filling and save my tooth and it looks great! Her and her asst are both friendly and made me feel at ease during my appointments. Shannon is also the best at the front desk! I would definitely recommend!
