5 /5 Kel B: I had "old Henry lol he told me to call him that. He was fantastic and also funny! Lovely pedicure, great conversation and prices were fair. Clean environment & Also just had my nails done by jenny here last week. Both great experiences! Coming back!!

2 /5 Ashley No: I’ve gone to this studio 4 or 5 times and the first few times were great, nails shaped great, long lasting gel manicure. Last time I had great colors but the shape was not what I asked for and this time, my nails are so so thin, shaped horrible and basically squared off numbs (I asked the lady for them to be rounded) and more than half of my nails aren’t fully painted. Either it’s missing a good amount on the cuticle or on the sides. Very very disappointed and don’t think I’ll take the chances of going back here.

5 /5 Haydyn Spencer: Great service and good prices. I got a basic pedi and it was wonderful! She took her time and the polish was very neat. My daughter got a full set from Sam and he did AMAZING!

1 /5 Bonnie B: Very upset with how we were treated after me and my family all go to the studio for nails and pedis. This one time after years of being customers, my full set of gel acrylic nails were done very poorly and were bending and falling off after day 1. Went in and told the manager. They were busy that day and he said he would take care of it and we came back the next morning. We arrived to just be shunned and told basically it’s too bad and they will only cover for 1/2 of the cost. The cost was originally $65.00 so he said they won’t redo them unless I pay another $30.00. I was actually shocked since they knew we were true customers who always came back to them. The way I was treated like we were making up a story for new nails was uncalled for. The nail tech who did the nails we have never seen before and he may have been new and didn’t do it correctly. The nails were bending and very soft like not enough acrylic power was used or they didn’t cure properly. I was hurt by how we were being treated so I refused to pay additional $30 for this type of customer service. Total expected more from them. I decided I’d rather pay the full amount again some where else and find a new salon than be treated that way.

1 /5 Suzanne Milligan: I had to change my review. Normally it’s very nice coming here but I recently had a horrible experience. The man who appears to run the business did my fill today. He was very rough, he made me bleed and hurt multiple times. My gel color is inconsistent and the nails are jagged and crooked. I get people have bad days but even when I complained politely he didn’t apologize and continued to seem to be in a rush. I would have rather waited for someone who had better service. I won’t be returning. Be careful.
