Deanna Parker: Chrysler Treasure Auto did what multiple Firestone locations couldn’t do. They took the time to really figure out why my car was vibrating so much. I have had my car balanced multiple times at a few Firestone locations with continual shaking…like really bad. Jim continued to update me on the progress. They took the wheels off and said there were weights placed all over and in really weird places. They rebalanced as well as changed my rear brakes which I knew needed changed as they were wearing unevenly and had a lot of rust, but Firestone kept telling me they were fine. The proof is in the pictures. Thank you so much to Jim and others that worked on my vehicle. Best service I’ve received in a long time and one of the best prices around. Joseph: I was told about village auto by my father in law who takes his sons company cars/ vans there to be serviced so decided to give them a chance. Well I just found out by another mechanic that my leaking transmission that was supposed to be fixed by village auto was a cob job. They stripped a bolt on my transmission cover and attempted to cover it up by putting a different bolt on the transmission cover. The silicone they actually put around it was a horrible cobb job. I have pics to prove this so called fix that I will be posting.
