Medical Group City Island - Bronx
Lian Valera: Incredible rude receptionists. I was shocked how nasty they talk to patients and the lack of professionalism in that office. The blonde lady who stepped in later to help me seeing my distress in my face was very kind and compassionate (I thank her deeply for stepping in). Elie was showed little care for my situation or distress but at least wasn’t blunt out rude. The other dark skin really flat out rude. The third receptionist with long black hark, dark skin was nasty, kept making disparaging comment about me, and other patients and staff members right in front of me. That women should me removed from any medical setting. She will single-handily ruin the reputation of that practice.
Allied Health Care Physicians - Bronx
John Mercado: The attention I received was amazing. The nurse who attended me was very informative and helpful. She was in point. She screen me perfectly and patient. 2 thumbs up She is a keeper. Pst the doctor was awesome. She was informative and helpful and she took her time explaining my health concerns and issues. She deserves 2 thumbs up too
Bronx County Animal Hospital - Bronx
Third Eye Throwbacks: Dr. Soliman and his staff are extremely kind and professional. I have brought all of my animals here to be cared for. They have been there to help a furry family member pass on and been there to welcome new members. From me and my family, thank you for what you do.
Triborough GI: Bronx - Bronx
YS: I value high-quality health care services and professionalism. This practice exceeded my expectations, from the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctors. In particular, Dr. Chapalamadugu left such a positive impression on me from my first visit to the office, and this was a constant trend during follow up procedures and visits. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate and caring GI doctor. He genuinely took the time and diligence to answer all my questions, exhibiting the utmost care, respect and humanity. His explanations are clear and thorough, making dense information palatable for his patients. I did not feel rushed, which is an added bonus these days. Moreover, I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and timeliness in the care and attention provided to me during subsequent visits. In addition, I was given the opportunity to come in earlier than scheduled due to other cancellations, which I appreciated given my hectic personal schedule.
ENT and Allergy Associates - Bronx - Bronx
Wilfredo Torre: I had to wait about an hour. As the doctor was late. When he came in. He didn’t even acknowledged his lateness nor apologize for it. Also I have been to this clinic before and was never charge anything out of pocket. However this time a bill was sent to my house. With no explanation or breakdown. Very unprofessional . .
Montefiore Medical Center Moses Division: Central Positive Living - Bronx
Chaula Patel, MD - Bronx
Krystal Jiles: I have been coming to this PCP for a quite a bit. The Receptionist and a few of the Medical Assistants are pleasant. Dr. Patel on the other hand has become a bit unprofessional and quite confrontational. I admit that I dont keep up with appointments that are scheduled but her being combative and making remarks about being a foster parent and suggesting that I send kids back in the system is not only a concern of hers but is was distateful, very unprofessional and completely out of her field. I had a telehealth appointment with her to ask her why would she prescribe valsartan that was recalled but that telehealth did not happen. Yet, I see on the healow portal that the she the visit happened and thats not good.
Mosholu Medical Group - New York
Erica Stanback: Tara the lab technician is very sufficient in her work. She interacts with the patients to make them feel safe and comfortable. Shes a peoples person. I always feel comfortable with her drawing my blood.
Pulmonary Medicine Pc - Bronx
NewYork-Presbyterian / Columbia University Irving Medical Center - New York
Luz Daniela De Luna: The worst hospital ever. I have been sick for two months, the girl who helped me had to do an ultrasound to see what situation I had and because my blood came out negative “not pregnant” she sent me home. Today I am at Mount Sinai with the same situation and they immediately took me to the emergency room, changed my clothes, 3 doctors have come and I have only been here for an hour. I went to 168th at 01:00 pm and left at 02:33 am with the only news that I am not pregnant and to come back if I keep vomiting, if clearly my problem is my stomach not a pregnancy. They should change all the personnel, those including students who do not even know how to put an injection. The one who helped me to I had to tell her where the vein was since she did not know what she was doing. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.
