Dr. Frances C. Arce, MD - Oswego Christina Peters: Unfortunately I feel the need to leave a poor review. I had shown up to every appointment and on time as well as always paid my copay. After asking to cancel an appointment on a holiday (and had called 3 separate times to make sure I could cancel it), I was discharged. The office staff was great in person and would kindly send/fax any of my documents that I needed, however, became rude on the phone in several instances when I attempted to ask basic medical questions or needed to reschedule. It also took 2 years for a plan of care to come together for me in order to feel better. I would not recommend this office for your endo needs.
Oswego Health Home Care - Fulton Deanna Hall: A bout of arthritis meant a trip to urgent care in Fulton this morn. My wedding ring needed to be cut off. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They worked diligently on a very heavy gold band. Finally success. They were kind, patient and persistent. Success. Much better.
