4 /5 Mark Hauer: Dr. Patel was extremely kind when he had to tell me that I have cancer. I am so grateful he found it so that I can receive treatment. A blood test was taken in his office on my way out which now seems unnecessary, because shortly thereafter I saw my oncologist (that Dr. Patel recommended) and that office took their own blood tests. Also, the office is very good about letting you know beforehand all the charges for the colonoscopy, except for the surgery tray ($350). Fortunately my insurance covered this. Dr. Patel is a competent and caring doctor.

Susan Silvestri: Dr. Petr was called into see me at Garnet Hospital when I had pneumonia. I liked him from the first time I met him in the hospital. The thing I like the most is he really listens to what I had to say. Then he gave a professional opinion on my treatment. I love his bedside manor. Dr. Petr is kind and caring. I asked him to be my perminent lung Dr. I would suggest anyone to go to him for an array of lung Issues. He is a great pulmonary Doctor.

Tara Mayes: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Brought my daughter here today for an ear infection around noon. Called at 1:40 because the antibiotic still had not been called in. They assured me Dr. Raza was still seeing patients but it would be sent when he was finished at 2. It was never sent. Called again at 2:20 and they were closed of course, the oncall was useless as they only have a “triage” nurse who told us to go to urgent care or ED, that there wasn’t a provider on call. Umm, isn’t this the point of me going here? So you mean to tell me you’re going to bill our insurance for useless care that I have to follow up somewhere else for? Cannot wait to call them first thing Monday morning when they open to give them a piece of my mind.

Tom Contino: This hospital needs to make some major changes. I waited hours and ended up just leaving because it was clear I would never have been seen. There were people I was talking to in the waiting room who had been there for 7 plus hours. One guy was having symptoms of a heart attack and they hadn’t even had a doctor look at him. Another person arrived by ambulance and was brought out to the waiting room. Another person had been there the entire day after being sent from their doctor’s office for an emergency MRI and had waited over 7 hours without anyone looking at them. This is unacceptable. People need to be able to get care within a reasonable amount of time. And leaving people out in the waiting room with major issues is just cruel. The staff had no accountability and refused to give anyone an estimation for wait time, or a reason why they hadn’t been seen yet. Something needs to be done about this place. It’s completely unacceptable to treat human beings like that.

Marisa Marie: I just went to Walk In Hours for Mary Walker Health Center. I am currently a Grad Student and was unsure if I would be able to be seen. I signed into the computer twice and then asked the nice person at the desk if she would be able to help me. She was a student and was super kind and patient as we tried to get the computer working. We were unfortunately unsuccessful and was unable to sign me in. She went to ask one of the nurses to help. The nurse was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. She gave me so much attitude and told me I would unable to be seen unless I paid a co pay. I apologized for any inconveniences but she was still not nice. I would have been happy to pay it if the two adult nurses did not address me the way that they did. It was extremely upsetting and not a good way to start a day.

Taylor Weese: Getting prescriptions refilled is always pulling teeth. Theres never anyone to talk to, and partner has to leave multiple messages before anything gets done. They dont even respond to requests from our pharmacist. My partner has run out of medication multiple times because the prescription wont get refilled, which is dangerous. Takes advantage of your Medicaid dollars but wont do their job. Go anywhere else.
