Connie Foley: I was able to get right in receptionist was very friendly. The nurse was nice and did her good very well. The NP acted like I was wasting his time What he told me to do I was already doing I dont think he was in the room for more than 5 minutes it was a waste of my time and money. I was very disappointed,
Amy Babcock: Called the health department (after calling DEC ) about 2 sick squirrels….was automatically told not a health risk to humans. Well …. What about my pets ? Wild animals do carry diseases that can be passed to humans and other animals and nobody seems to care.
Renee VanRiper: Dr.Zagieboylo has given me the greatest of care. She really has listened to my needs and has made sure to accommodate them. She got my feeding tube changed so my life could be more comfortable. I cant say enough good things about her. She is the best and I would recommend her to anyone.
Deborah Bessette: The Nurse was able yo fit me in the very next day for an appoitment. Cynthia listened well , reviewed my new meds and my F.U. with the specislist she had referred my to. Revirwed my labs with me. Listened to my heart and lungs
Kat Forge: Came in via ambulance due to severe vomiting and got put into a room , the tech I had came in and she was an angel no complaints about her! However the nurse practitioner basically judged me and assumed I was a drug user just because I wasn’t feeling good enough to do bloodwork IN THAT MOMENT because I pass out every time, in which I stated to her “can I just wait a few minutes and see how I feel”. She said to me “okay so i won’t be doing anything or giving you anything not even fluids without bloodwork” and told me I’ll be refusing my own care and then basically told me to just leave because she won’t be doing anything for me. Honestly I felt stereotyped and I’m even considering suing for medical malpractice. Most definitely will never come back here, I’d rather wait 17 hours at vassar, at least care would be provided at some point.
