5 /5 Angelena Louban: I got my nails done for the first time at this salon. When I called I was easily able to make an appointment for the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Cindy who was the nail tech who did my manicure. Cindy was extremely gentle with my nails, which is something I really appreciated. Cindy was very nice, asking if I liked the length, shape, and color before proceeding with the rest of my nails. Price was very fair. I was even given a small gift for the holidays! I will absolutely recommend this salon to anyone, and I will definitely be returning to future appointments. Thank you Cindy & staff!!

5 /5 Karyn Rees: I am very impressed with the staff and their attention to customers needs. I got a pedicure with callus removal and Jack did an excellent job. I then got a regular manicure but was in a time crunch. So Leo took over and really did a great job in a short time. They were all friendly and the place had a good vibe!

5 /5 Gayathri N: I came here last minute because the previous nail salon I had scheduled at was not able to take me in (I was 15 min late to the appt- my fault totally.) I wanted to get my nails done before the work week started and as it was a Saturday and a lot of salons close on Sunday I was sort of desperate. I called Sally’s and they were able to get me in on the same day within an hour!! I asked for a dip powder mani and a spa pedicure and they were able to accommodate me with no problems. Upon arriving at my appointment I was promptly greeted and seated and Cindy was the nail tech that did my manicure. She worked quickly but efficiently and made sure I liked how everything looked and double checked everything as she went. She also gave me a free shoulder massage which was amazing! May did my pedicure and I was very happy to see that they had many options to choose from (they gave me a sheet to pick from). I chose the hot stone pedicure and May did a very thorough job and was receptive to my feedback (at one point the stones were a bit too hot for me and she adjusted accordingly). She took the time to make sure I was relaxed. I also loved that there wasn’t a lot of side commentary or snide remarks about the customers which I have seen at some salons in the past (Colorful Nails in Albany as an example). If you want to just relax and close your eyes they leave you alone and don’t try and force conversation, which I appreciated. This was a wonderful find and I’m so happy to have ended up here. I will be a regular here and I’m sort of glad I wasn’t able to make my appt at the previous place (Gratitude Nails) because the people here are so much nicer!!
