    Nicole Kurzdorfer: I used to really love this place but theyā€™ve gone down hill! Ace did my nails and other than the paint job, theyā€™re pretty awful and sloppy. They are crooked and uneven. I had to file them myself when I got home. The are very lumpy and all different thicknesses. The uv light is WAY too hot!! I had to keep taking my hands out because it was literally burning my finger tips. My daughterā€™s fingers are all cut up. Her cuticles were nipped multiple times and one was so bad she needed a band aid in the car. I have reached out to them and they donā€™t seem to care! When it costs me $189, I shouldnt have to fix them myself when I get home!! We were also there for TWO hours. For how long it took it shouldnā€™t have been so sloppy.

I relayed my feelings to the manager. He says maybe next time youā€™ll get someone else. There will not be a next time. She seemed nice, but totally not capable.
