1 /5 Alyssa Gluck: Please do not expect to receive a massage or a good interaction with the employees here. Our trip to holiday valley was planned months in advance, including a massage for our mom. The day of the massage, actually an hour before, we were informed the appointment was cancelled. Which is ironic, because they ignored their own 24 hour cancellation policy! Emily, the unfortunate owner of this spa, did absolutely nothing to compensate for their mistake, after we drove 6 hours to be here. She was incredibly unhelpful and rude over the phone, and disagreed that it was her responsibly to try to accommodate for her employee calling in sick. We received no compensation, no apologies, only an argument over the phone due to her negative attitude about the situation she needed to handle. The skiing is great, Emily and her spa is not. Beware!
