Now I feel confident that my 25 year old car will be with me a lot longer than I should reasonably expect. Andrew, James, Ray, and last but not least, Sabrina! Actually, she should be first. She is most likely the first person to greet you...unless she is busy with her daycare business. If I had children I would turn them over to her! NOT KIDDING! William Shaffer: My 03 F150 had symptoms of a bad mass air flow sensor. I bought one from Napa. Got a service engine soon light. Had it scanned at auto zone. Took the printout to the store. They said I would have to take it to a certified mechanic. I chose Buckleys. They got me in quick. They found a vacuum hose loose. And broke a coolant hose. Replaced it with no charge. It was dry rotted. Cool. Got a better maf sensor from Napa. A swap. Solved the problem. Charley is on top of things and very calm. Alpha all the way. I highly recommend Buckleys.

Qamar M Asim (Asim): Scheduled an oil change appointment and everything went smoothly until I had to actually drive my car. Got my oil changed before a long 4 hour drive so the car would be ready, and as soon as I hit the highway the oil cover shield plate under the car fell off as it was not bolted properly. Completely ruined the drive as I had to pull over every 30 minutes to tape the skid plate over and over. It is completely unacceptable for a professional shop like this to do such lousy and unprofessional work on something as simple as an oil change. As a local student, I put my trust in their hands and will not allow anyone to make the same mistake I did. I thought that paying a little extra for an oil change for the peace of mind of a good professional job would be the smart move, instead it is now costing me double as I have to replace the skid plate because it is completely torn apart. Nonetheless, Tony at the front desk was a friendly and kind gentleman. Just very unfortunate that there is a lack of quality control at this good year and they are letting the simple mistakes pass.
