1 /5 Josh Latterell: Anything but “quick”. Technicians were available as soon as I drove in and work started on it a few moments later. All I needed was a tire rotation. 40 min later my vehicle rolled up. Very nice and courteous people, but very, very, very, slow.

1 /5 Kim McCooey: For "Quick Lane", an oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours, oh Im sorry the representative made sure to correct me by stating "1 hour and 45 minutes" which I agree to him furthering my point of that being unacceptable! Not 1 person updated along the way and there was nothing but attitude and a sort of an arrogance from the start. We just recently purchased this 2021 truck brand new and was unsure as to when to get the oil change and so on and when questioned on the tire rotation, we asked his professional opinion and instead of simply explaining as to why you should and when, he replies with "well it will either cost you $20 now or thousands later". When the vehicle was finally done, and the further disrespect continued we were happy to just get out of there but to find the truck dirty and the seats not even attempted to be returned to position, it was over all a horrible experience with the desk attendant.

2 /5 Ramrod Brown: Sorry to say I was told my oil change and tire rotation would take .30 minutes but it took 1hr and .30 minutes. And when I finally got my car the check engine light was on to only find out that 02 censure hornets was unplug. I always was pleased with the service at Quick lane until today.

He went through all aspects of the services and maintenance included in your “Works” oil change package in a very professional manner. Overall it was an enjoyable customer experience that I would come to expect from the Ferrario Brand!
