1 /5 Qamar M Asim (Asim): Scheduled an oil change appointment and everything went smoothly until I had to actually drive my car. Got my oil changed before a long 4 hour drive so the car would be ready, and as soon as I hit the highway the oil cover shield plate under the car fell off as it was not bolted properly. Completely ruined the drive as I had to pull over every 30 minutes to tape the skid plate over and over. It is completely unacceptable for a professional shop like this to do such lousy and unprofessional work on something as simple as an oil change. As a local student, I put my trust in their hands and will not allow anyone to make the same mistake I did. I thought that paying a little extra for an oil change for the peace of mind of a good professional job would be the smart move, instead it is now costing me double as I have to replace the skid plate because it is completely torn apart. Nonetheless, Tony at the front desk was a friendly and kind gentleman. Just very unfortunate that there is a lack of quality control at this good year and they are letting the simple mistakes pass.

5 /5 Jill Crane: I was 300 miles from home and needed an emergency repair recently on a Friday. Mark was busy but agreed to try and fit me in later in the day. He not only made a timely, quality repair, but he was reasonably priced. It makes a difference when the owner lives in the community. He was also pleasant and professional. I came in when my car automatically flagged one of my tires for low pressure, and not only were they able to get me a same day appointment but they also checked and filled my other tires which were a little low as well! All for free! Very happy to have a place like this in Elmira.

1 /5 Utter Bill: The service writer at the Elmira location drives customers away, I asked if my air filter could be blown out if dirty, as I dont have $$ to buy one right now. I was told that we dont blow them out because it pushes the dirt deeper inside? Who blows an air filter out from the bottom up?! you blow dirt out from the top down. Also theres oil change pricing on the counter, saying that you get a high mileage oil with the lowest price, but yet when you say thats what type of oil you want, the service writer tells you that the display sitting on the counter is wrong and that type of oil is more money?! Do not go to the Elmira Goodyear location, go to Corning New York or Ithaca New York. Stay away from here.

They always treat me good they explain about Any issue I may have with my car and do first rate service on it . Ive been a customer for over 25 years and Ive gotten to know the guys there and I have the up most trust in them.Service Manager Mark Mathew is a great manager and has always done right by me. I would highly recommend this service center to anyone and I have recommended before to my friends !!
