5 /5 Carolyn Ortiz: Went today and was turned away HOWEVER it was a
Saturday and they said they had no appointments available. I was shocked because I got there and there were staff with empty seats so even if they had an appointment they could’ve served me if they wanted to. I was only there for a manicure which takes 20 minutes so if they really wanted to attend to me they could’ve. But on a brighter note they do a great job and my nails lasted. So, I gave them 5 stars due to the quality of service but they could do better accommodating people because it seems like I wasn’t the only one based on previous comments. I guess to avoid the hassle MAKE AN APPOINTMENT especially for a Saturday. When I went before it was during the week so that could be the difference.
